P H I have never seen nor experience a more horrible emergency room. The nicest thing about this place is the exit sign.
I went in the morning and shouldve known after seeing an elderly lady cursing as she left that they didnt help her and that she needed to go to another ER.
The decor, the layout, the check in felt 3rd world. The floors were dirty the EKG room is dirty and cluttered like walking in someones dirty closet.
I saw people come in with trauma, bleeding, bones out of socket, horrific vomiting amongst and one man were made to sit in excruciating pain to wait for a room.
After waiting for 3 hours without being seen I left.
Im okay with having more critical patients seen ahead of me but I would never recommend anyone go there.
The older man and his wife sitting there with a dislocated shattered bone said it best with tears in his eyes, "You cant this place an EMERGENCY ROOM."
They need to close it down, restructure, hire and renovate.
Dont take anyone you love there.

Tamara Joan I went to the ER because of chest pain respiratory concerns. I arrived at approximately 9pm. They triage you right in the waiting area with no privacy while everyone is looking at you and listening to your issues. Then they bring you in a room to do an EKG just to have you sit back down and wait. I thought chest pain was considered a priority?! The girls at the desk in the waiting area were rude!! All they do is talk personal business, text on their phones, fix their hair/makeup and flirt with the security guards and did not care about who was in the waiting area with excruciating pain. The police officers sit in between the entrance doors making cold air come into the waiting area. So if you’re sick with a cold, you’ll end up leaving with pneumonia. They just have no regards for the sick. After about 3.5 hours waiting in the waiting area, a nurse(RN) comes around with the vital signs machine to do vitals. She did not disinfect the cuff/machine between patients. When they finally called me in the back at almost 2am, the girl leading me to my room was walking so fast in front of me as if she had no concern for the patients. I was doing a light jog just to keep up. Once I got to the room, the room was filthy and smelly!!! The sheet was visibly soiled, the garbage and soiled linen bins were full. There was wrappers on the floor and a used cup with a straw on the counter. When the tech came in to do my vitals, I told her that I did not want to be in that dirty room. She acknowledged that the room was filthy and offered to move me but said they had no more rooms. She then takes me to a nurse at the desk and the nurse was so rude and stated “I don’t have that room”. I told her that I’m a nurse too and we were taught that all patients is OUR patients. At that point I was in so much pain and frustrated. I told them I’m going to leave and follow up with my PCP. Another nurse then comes to me and apologized for the nasty room and said she had no time to clean the room because they have been busy and she tried to convince me to stay. I refused to stay and just wanted to get out of there FAST! I came to the ER sick with respiratory issues and chest pains and if I stay in that hospital a minute longer, I would get worse. I literally was listening to one doctor sitting at the nurses station having a personal conversation with the staff, instead of helping the sick patients. The waiting area was full and they had no regards. I just knew I was not safe in there at all. As I was leaving, another doctor comes up to me in the hallway, takes his dirty stethoscope off from around his neck without wiping it down with an alcohol wipe and said “let me at least check your lungs before you go”. At that point, I was over it and left. I just recently moved to Orange County and I will never go to this ER again!! I’m amazed that they have not been shut down. I should have read all the reviews before I went.
