Diane Sutherland Hudson Headwaters in Queensbury, NY. I had the best care from Lynn Keil, PA at Hudson Headwaters. She’s on top of it. She’s an excellent listener, she’s sharp & comes up with a plan for your best healthcare. Sadly I moved from this area to Indiana. If you want someone that really cares & wants the best health for you this is the lady to go too. She’s an awesome healthcare provider. I miss her.

Ronald Potash Nursing and office staff date involved and are professional and friendly. Trying to get on the portal as I have successfully done in the past is sometimes impossible. It takes my old password and then sometimes it doesnt. Ive been using the same one since we got up here. Trying to do a reset system tells me that that that that is an old password and to create a new one. When I get in there I enter my old password and it tells me that I have to enter a new one. So it has it on file what the password is and it will not take a reset. No one to call. No one seems to know any numbers. All Im doing now is writing a letter to the CEO informing him of the fact that no one answers the phone. I called and left a message December 27th at that number have still not gotten a call back. This is not customer service. This is lip service. Terrible

Marie Hyatt I had an appointment scheduled for today and I got right in for it. The staff are very nice and work with you. My Doctor is very Nice as well. I recommend this place.

brian parr Today was a fantastic experience! Although the office was busy as usual, the wait time was quick and the staff was super nice! Everyone was fantastic from the front desk to the two nurses that treated me and the nurse that transported me from room to room. The exam was detailed and all basis were covered. Facility was clean and check in-out was easy. Great experience!

Derek Srygley Patients beware! They have a two line system at check-in, but if you follow the system, they will allow other people to cut you in line. I waited in the line that I was supposed to for lab draw, and they even pulled people out of the back of that line to go ahead of me. I would like to believe that the receptionists aren’t doing this maliciously, but instead that their own system is confusing them. If they would see people in the order they arrive, I would give them five stars.

Ashley Weaver Dont bother calling this office!!! Ive called this office repeatedly to get ONE QUESTION answered. Once you get through the automated directory, if youre lucky enough to get anyone to answer the phone, they transfer you to someone else who doesnt pick up! Almost every time I call, I am redirected, disconnected or sent to voicemails. How is a patient supposed to make an appointment or get questions answered if they cant talk to anyone in the office? I have had to go there in person before to ask my questions and tell them their phone system sucks! But they dont change anything! Do not waste your time.

moses revette Absolutely terrible experience for my father. He was never given enough to drink. They should have pushed fluids with IV regardless of whether he was dying or not. This is the worst place for rehabilitation and nursing home center Ive ever seen and experienced. A bad taste. In memory of my dad Barney 03/21/48 to 01/31/22

Gabrielle C The staff who work here should be ashamed of themselves. The lack of care provided is inexcusable. Ive worked in healthcare for 20 years and no matter how busy, or short staffed you are, great care can be given as long as you are not lazy. Not even looking for great care - I would settle for the minimum necessary to avoid adverse outcomes - which is possible in even the worst of conditions. I would bet money that 20% of the staff carry the entire place while the other 80% use the short staffed excuse to justify being lazy and uncaring. Three people in my life have had some type of State reportable event, one being a death, in the past year, directly related to the negligence of this staff. Its embarrassing to share this profession with folks like this. Thank you to the few good ones there who do what they can. For everyone else, if you dont want to be there - quit. Youre causing harm to human beings and your absence will be more beneficial. Go work where you cant harm someone.

Jermaine Briggs GFHA is a poor example of what a housing authority should be. The director and their staff are uncaring, you can tell immediately that none of them can relate to needing housing. Very unfriendly much of the time. Wait list is never open and when it is, it closes 3 days later. Cheryl is rude, dont do the job if you are so bothered by making calls. Some staff is nice but it is rare with this agency. The new LaRose is so expensive that poor people still cant afford to live there unless you can get a voucher which is hard as the list is never open and they dont let you apply without one. Check out other HA agencies.. others in the region are much friendlier and helpful.

M Lieberman The ENT at 14 Hudson Ave. Glens Falls was a waste of time. The Dr was very nice. He needs new staff. The girls in the office were unprofessional and very rude. The one at the window complained because she had to turn the page of the files so she could find the “date” of the incident. “I’ve gotta look through papers”! Isnt that your job? Find info? Or at least ask the person you are waiting on. They were so rude and complained about every patient. DO NOT waste your time. That office staff needs a complete overhaul.

Jessica “QueenOfChill” I had an appointment made for me today at 2:40PM to get a second opinion on a medical issue on my ear. I explained that I was previously at the ER the night before I am experiencing the worst pain of my life along with vertigo and cant eat or sleep because of the ear pain. I explained that at the ER the doctor could not see an ear infection only fluid build up but gave me an antibiotic to take just in case it happened to be an ear infection. The lady who originally made the appointment for me understood that I needed a second opinion on what is really going on with my ear as Im absolutely suffering. I was so thankful for such a soon appointment. Then they decided to call me three hours later cancelling my appointment because per one of their nurses "I should just listen to the ER doctor and take the antibiotics and then they will see me" I explained that not even a week ago that I had finished up the very same antibiotic the ER prescribed and its not good to keep taking such a strong antibiotic and that the ER doctor said he suspected that the major fluid build up behind the ear was the issue and they didnt see any infection and only prescribed the medicine due to the pain. I also pointed out that I was not seeking any pain meds (which they accused me of) and wanted a second opinion on the source of the pain and vertigo as if it was the fluid buildup up there are things they can do to treat that. I was completely disregarded and then judged for not being seen in a little over a year and then questioned why (which is absolutely irrelevant at this point) but I explained I had my appendix removed a hysterectomy due to endometriosis and 3 deaths in the family so a follow up was not number one priority with everything going on in my life since this person wanted to judge me. Then they said I didnt go to their referrals for allergy and hearing testing (again irrelevant to the focus of the conversation) but I explained I did get the allergy testing they recommended and as for the other the life reasons I explained prior. I brought up that what if the only way to relive the pressure, pain and vertigo from the fluids was tubes and it was something I thought I needed prior as I always am being told by my PCP that I have fluid in my ears. She then said that no other doctor is "qualified" to make that observation. I let her know that is absolutely ridiculous to say that as all general care doctors are qualified to make that general observation. Things ultimately concluded with her saying my problems are not their problems and if I show up for my original appointment they will not see me. So I requested for the office manager to call me and I will not be back. This office is horrendous and how they treat people is absolutely terrible. There is no reason for my personal business to be forced out of me and then judged. There is no reason to be treated without any empathy and my pain dismissed so easily. I have not slept in two days and eaten in over eighteen hours and can barely drink water due to this ear pain that radiates to my face let alone the vertigo I am dealing with. "My ear pain is not an urgent matter" - Nurse "Even when its so bad I cant sleep or eat" - Me "Yes" - Nurse These people at this facility are so unreal its wild how they are still a practice. I could not recommend this place to anyone and this is the second horrible experience I have had with this office but what is consistent is they dont listen to your medical concerns and are hypocritical with everything. Previously the nurse stated no doctor that was not a specialist was qualified to diagnose or observe the ear but then condemned me for wanting a second opinion with a specialist in a dire circumstance. Absolutely insane to book an appointment for me then cancel it on me hours later taking away my opportunity to be seen elsewhere as now its too late in the day.

Julianne Schweigardt Getting established as a new patient is a nightmare. My previous GP retired 12/24/2024. I have done my due diligence to get my records to the office. Now I have to wait for the doctor to review the records before they will schedule an appointment. In the meantime I’ve developed a respiratory issue and my refills on needed prescription are running out. Than goodness for my allergist Dr Robinson. That office is fantastic and been helping with respiratory issue because I can’t get an appointment. This has been going on for over a month now

Jessica I have seen two different providers here for many years. I swear that they have saved my life, when specialists have failed me repeatedly. They are very thorough and don’t dismiss any symptoms. They take their time with you and really listen. They truly care about me as a person, not just a patient. I’ve had both of my children switched over here from their pediatricians when they aged out. Every staff member here makes you feel special and well cared for.

James Lapointe My Dad is almost 83 and lives in the Mountains. He relies on the town to provide him rides. His ride was late so he was going to be 40 minutes late and they refused to see him. No human compassion or understanding.

Mark McLLC Earlier this week, I went to the emergency room with uncertain cause of chest pain. When I was discharged, my paperwork said to follow-up with Adirondack Cardiology. When I called, they told me to get another referral and they would be able to schedule an appointment a few months from now. Im searching for another practice.

They left a message Friday afternoon saying to call... mind you I had been getting ema9ls and texts reminding me of the appt. You probably should make sure to fix that. I wont be back. Absolutely unprofessional!!!
