They came to tow the truck to their garage and quickly got to work. The team safely removed the kerosene and got the engine running again without any damage. They were professional, honest, and clearly very experienced. What could have been a major headache was handled smoothly thanks to their expertise. Shelly Johnson I want to thank Brad at Oralls garage. He drove to Grahmsvilke to pick up a truck for my 16 year old son and hauled it all the way back to our home in Windsor. His attention to detail was amazing. On the way back he even noticed the bumper was loose and stopped on the side of the road to zip tie it back together so no damage was done. This was a last minute tow for us and the Oralls team not only got the job done they did it for a more than fair price, they were super friendly and Brad was so nice to our son. This experience made buying his first truck special. I highly recommend them to anyone in need. They are amazing.

Dragana Avramović During the night, at a truck stop, my tire deflated because the valve broke. We were 0.3 miles away from them and decided to go there because it wasn’t busy, and I was in a hurry for a delivery. The girl working there checked the issue, said it was just the valve that needed replacing, and assured me it would be done in 15 minutes so I could continue my trip. She worked on the tire in front of the truck while we watched from inside. She attached the tire to the air hose to inflate it and went somewhere else (the air hose didn’t have a PSI gauge). After 5 minutes, since she left the tire inflating unsupervised, the tire exploded (it’s worth noting that tires should never be left unattended during inflation, especially not for that long). I got out of the truck to see what was going on, and the worker told me the tire was damaged, even though the original issue was just the valve. Long story short, they charged me $500 for a new trailer tire (you can see it in the photo), which burst due to the worker’s mistake. In the end, another worker and the boss said I should have gone to Loves or TA. All in all, I came to get my tire inflated and the valve replaced, but I ended up missing my delivery and paying $500. If there were an option for zero stars, I’d give them that.

Malary Dunn Unbelievably overcharges, unknowledgeable about the repair I required, & tried to get me to get work done on my car that I didnt need at all!!! J&E Auto had my car for 4 days following a towing, then tried to charge a whopping $1,500 for a $400 or less job. They said that my car needed a list of unnecessary/unreal replacements...the truth is they really didnt know how to fix my car. I had to get my car re-towed to an alternate well known auto mechanic where it was fixed for $350!!! I believe that they only cater to their long term clients & friends... Overall, I do not recommend J&E Auto unless you want to get robbed!!!

He spent the next 2 hours diagnosing the issue and putting a temporary fix to get me home. He wouldn’t accept payment so I at least have to give them 5 stars on here. I was in a difficult situation and they took the time to listen and care and work with me to be able to have the best outcome for them as a business and me as a customer definitely will be using their services if ever I get in trouble again. This garage actually shows that they care about their clients or customers I cant even begin to express how appreciative and thankful I am too to have been able to work with them and have the outcome that they were able to give me. Lord knows there arent that many people out there that show compassion and caring much less business but I was lucky enough to have gotten this garage cause they definitely went over and beyond the call of duty.

D Gear First, I want to say that I know very well our cars (we have a few of the same brand). I am very familiar with them as I work on them myself. Hence my review is not a common customers review. The car which we brought to this shop was my daughters car (she was an out-of-state student). The car was in the shop twice for a repair and then for regular oil change. I didnt like two things about the shop: 1. It looks like the mechanic(s) working on the car were clumsy. I could find oil spilled all over the engine bay and even on the front bumper. The oil came out of the used filter. They didnt even bother to clean the mess they made. Really? Is it a big job to clean after yourself? They also dont pay attention to the details. While replacing the valve cover, they didnt move the lock pins from the old part. And now the engine cover does not sit tight and bouncing around. What mechanic could not notice that? For me it sounds like lack of care about the customers car. 2. The second thing is even more worrying. In the invoice they say that they performed some free services. But if you check it out then they probably did not. In my case I am 100% positive that tire rotation was not done. I know what wheel was on which side and they remained on their original places. I suspect that the battery check was not performed neither. But I dont have definitive evidence to make such a statement. With all that said I am now curious what other surprises are waiting for me once I inspect the car more thoroughly. Overall, I am quite disappointed with the shop. Especially with a dishonesty part. If you claim that you do something - then do it. Dont lie to your customers.

JRS stated yes, we can do the work in one day, so I jumped on it. Due to them I didnt have to miss a day of work. I was so happy. I told all my co-workers all about JRS and I showed my co-workers my new pen, which lights up and I thought that was so cool.

Juliet Kadar If i could give zero i would. Took my Jaguar there because it was overheating had to get it towed they were only place open on a Saturday. Called me an hour later said car was fixed. Spent 300- got home car started overheating again he never repaired and did a botched job with some pressure clamps didn’t connect it and my car almost blew up I called for a refund and he basically said f you and no! Don’t ever take your car there even if it’s last resort. Not to mention I have a child and specifically asked him to make sure everything was ok! Thank god it was only minutes before it could have blown that she wasn’t in the car
