Toms Service Center - Binghamton (NY)

Rosa Bermudez AAA guy told me about this place because I told him I need my car fixed today and if he knew anybody. He stated yes JRS, so I told him call them up. JRS stated yes, we can do the work in one day, so I jumped on it. Due to them I didnt have to miss a day of work. I was so happy. I told all my co-workers all about JRS and I showed my co-workers my new pen, which lights up and I thought that was so cool.

Lyle Tomasky Brought my Kia Forte in for a transmission drain and fill and brakes. These guys are fast, friendly and fair. Had me in and out in a little over 2 hours. I will be bringing my vehicle here again whenever it needs work.

Ismael Ahmad Pat came and helped me last minute and i was able to make it home. He was also very fair with his pricing. 10/10 would recommend

Miles Cohen Steve from Simmons saved my a** this week. My car got a flat on 12 and I had to pull over... by luck I happened to be in the lot of Simmons Auto Services. Steve helped me put the spare on and charged me zip. I was on a work trip in a rental and really had no other recourse. Appreciate you, man!!!

Brianna McNamara I just went for an inspection, and needed new tires and brakes. Ive been to a lot of different mechanics over the years, but the man I dealt with, Steve I believe, is the nicest, most pleasant mechanic Ive ever dealt with. Car mechanics tend to be gruff/cold and even sometimes rude, but Steve was the total opposite, and that alone is enough to make me want to come back. Of course they did a great job, the price was fair and they were quick as well. I will definitely be back and will recommend them to others.

John Aspland The men at this auto shop are of outstanding character, they both went out of their way to help our University at Buffalo Rugby Team get back on the road after our tire popped late at night. Good men and hard workers! And very friendly dogs! Thanks Again guys!

Everywhere I called it was a drop off or a wait till next week! So thankful for this auto shop! I will definitely be a returning customer and I will be telling my friends and family about this place! I cant thank these guys enough! I was lucky enough to spend some time with there kitty they have hes the sweetest ♡ If I could give a higher star rating i would!

S F I’ve been going to Ray for years. He’s a solid guy who’s very fair and good with what he does. He’s the only mechanic I’ve paid more than what he was asking because I thought his work was worth it.

Nick Tomaras Mike and Celeste are wonderful. For some reason I purchased a 2010 Audi TT Quattro Cabriolet. It ran very poorly With a check engine, light, and I was questioning myself on why I bought this car. I work in the auto industry And MC auto tech came recommended by one of my own technicians at my place at work. They were gracious enough to take my car in, everything they told me was very transparent And I agreed to give it a go, and let’s see if they could fix it. When the car was finally finished, of course, I was apprehensive to pick it up because of how poorly it ran before. When I finished paying my very reasonable bill, And show me all the parts they took out and they replaced Pictures They said I should be all set. And Right they were. My Audi TT drove fantastic on the way home, And the dreaded check engine lights Were off. Thank you for the fantastic work!!!! I’m greatly appreciative, You made it easy as my dealership says.
