If I had a question he would always take the time to make sure he answered all my questions and made sure I understood each one! 3. If I left a message for Kirk to call back, he always did to my utmost satisfaction and in a very timely manner. 4. Nanette Whinnery Insurance these days is crazy but you need to keep your head that its NOT the agents fault. Jeff and I go back a bit because Ive always played the lower rate game. Hes easy to talk to. Another agent I spoke to today didnt know me and when I asked for a new binder on our policy it was in my email within 10 minutes of our call. Great customer service even if the industry is in the crapper.
