5 /5 alisha rogers: When I first reached out to Northeastern Insurance, I was already feeling pretty hopeless in finding a new homeowners insurance, as I had previously vetted at least four other companies before stumbling upon Northeastern’s website and positive reviews. For full disclosure, nearly five years ago, a massive 100+ foot pine tree fell on the back half of my house after a random wind squall, which completely collapsed in the back addition of my house and roof. This resulted in a hefty claim with my original homeowners insurance company. Understandably, I expected my insurance to increase at renewal the following year. I did not, however, expect the outlandish increase every year since thereafter to the point of nearly tripling my original premium. During my initial search, I was finding that other companies would only be offering a decreased rate with additional bundle policies, which I do not have a use for at this time. Also, their proposed quotes weren’t anything of real significant savings. From my very first phone conversation with John at Northeastern I felt heard and despite my hopelessness, he assured me he was going to do his best to provide me with a few suitable options. Only after a couple days, I signed a new contract through John with an exact comparison coverage I already had, plus with a couple recommended add-ons for the REDUCED cost totaling $200/month in savings! Throughout the entire process, John was incredibly friendly and very responsive, as well as thoroughly answering my endless list of emailed questions. John continued to go the extra mile and followup with me afterward to ensure my original company was finalizing the cancellation and issuing my refund check in a timely manner. I cannot recommend John and Northeastern enough - they will exceed your expectations!
