S P Went to this place after trying 3 other places 2 of which were closed and the third had staff doing “shift change” and wouldn’t be available for 20-30 minutes or so they said.im not sure what shift change takes half an hour or who shuts down 20-30 minutes before their shift ends but it looked like they were just hanging. I was slightly irritated going to this fourth place for a money order. The young lady at the window had such a positive attitude it was contagious. She made my day. Thank you so much for having such a wonderful upbeat person at this time (10:00pm) when most people are not at their brightest. This young lady is upbeat and had me out within minutes. Even asked if I needed to buy a stamp. Talk about efficiency. She sure is a delight to come across!!!

The company takes great care of their clients by helping client reduce their tax liability and help client with tax problems with out charging for every work provided. The company is very well knowledgeable and proactive on new tax law and since I have been with this company l have never been picked for audit by the irs or the NYS tax department. They provide great tax refunds.They responded to question and email on a timely manner and their price are very reasonable and price are fully disclosed at the entrance of the office. Shannara Feliciano This has got to be the worst Bank of America branch I have ever been to. Came in for a simple pin reset for my card and I was there for close to two hrs before deciding to leave. Ended up going to the teller to withdraw money I needed to get out the atm and it was way quicker. He asked someone who was the manager to take care of me really quick because I was next and had my young kids who had to use the restroom and manager declined. Meanwhile he has plenty of time to prance around the branch back and forth being selective on who he helped.

Charles Brown New Covenant is a bank for the community. I opened my first account in 2015. They greet you with a smile and speak to you like a friend. I worked in the pantry to gain enough hours to become a member. Although, I’ve accumulated the hours and am now a member. I still work in the pantry to share food for the people in need. I love MY CREDIT UNION…
