Khaled alkaawani I Usually skip at least one or two branches on my way to get to this branch every time I need to go to the bank. Never have a problem in this place unlike Fordham Rd branch or the one on 233rd st & White Plains Rd. Even though its a small place in a busy and crowded area, yet they have the best staff. Friendly and everything is always smooth and convenient. And Im also going there in the Morning :)

Cheryl Clarke Efficient and caring tax professional. Stays current with tax code. I’ve had Mr Duff as my tax professional for so many years I’ve lost count. I know it’s been more than 10 years. If you din’t know more than what I know about your business or your attitude is off base, I don’t stay. The Messenger I was a bit hesitant to go to this bank because of the reviews. On the contary, These ladies were beautiful with me. I know it wasnt for my looks but their formality. Stephanie, oh Stephanie, she made it quite simple for me to do my transactions. The other ladies were just as gentle. I need to go back again and revisit these queens. Katongo Chama Horrible horrible experience Went to the ATM and had to use the bathroom and was denied. As a customer with accounts at Bank of America, this is a disgrace. It is understandable for people just walking off the street but if someone is in the business and using your services wow they should be ashamed.

Randy Gregory It was around the 1st of the month and the store had a lot of volume, meaning many customers on line. Despite the customers being very rude, to other customers and extremely being rude to the employees, there was 1 employee that was working and defused the whole situation. After my transition I found out that it was the manager of the store and she showed 100% curtesy that every customer should receive. Her name was Annie. So if you every step foot in this location you should ask for her because i am sure you will receive the service you deserve
