Bank of America Financial Center - Bronx (NY)

S P Went to this place after trying 3 other places 2 of which were closed and the third had staff doing “shift change” and wouldn’t be available for 20-30 minutes or so they said.im not sure what shift change takes half an hour or who shuts down 20-30 minutes before their shift ends but it looked like they were just hanging. I was slightly irritated going to this fourth place for a money order. The young lady at the window had such a positive attitude it was contagious. She made my day. Thank you so much for having such a wonderful upbeat person at this time (10:00pm) when most people are not at their brightest. This young lady is upbeat and had me out within minutes. Even asked if I needed to buy a stamp. Talk about efficiency. She sure is a delight to come across!!!

Kirk O. Warner Signature Banks name changed to Flagstar Bank NA and is umbrella under the NYCB Family of Banks. Legacy Signature Bank branches will keep the same Private Banking Model or Single Point of Contact. Customer experience here on the personal and commercial side is exceptional, and I highly recommend doing business here versus bigger named banks.

Josh Garcia Spring Bank changed the community and its members forever. Such a brave thing for a Bank to open in such an area and they provided services, facilitated Non-Profit services, educated the community and its kids in finance and provided loans and services to underserved Bronx Businesses. Cheers to the Founders, Investors and Employees that took it from launch to where it is today. Congrats!
