Heather I went in yesterday to have my ring inspected and cleaned. I have had a few bad experiences here with staff in the years that I have been having my ring inspected. Rudeness, and lack of a smile, assistance or knowledge. David was a new face there, and what a breath of FRESH air. He was a COMPLETE gentleman! He greeting me with a smile and assisted in the process. He cleaned my ring like it has NEVER been cleaned before at Zales. I had to ask his name so I could write this review. Im not sure of his position with the company, but he should be the face of Zales. Beyond excellent customer service! Thank you David! I appreciate you!

Daniel Donnelly This is the place to go. I asked them if they could resize one of my grandfathers rings that I inherited and couldnt be happier. I came back an hour later to what looked like a brand new ring that fit perfect, for half the price I expected before I walked in. Nothing but straight up, courteous, and reasonable.

Ratna Payel80 What a wonderful vibe this jewelry store has. As an islander I always try to give money to my local business before go to the big ones. And I am so glad I end up coming here. Customer service is always excellent, a lot of time my experience in the island with local businesses isn’t good, so this was breath of fresh air. Every time I step into this place the respect they showed me is commendable. Now let’s talk about what I ended up getting. As a Muslim a groom cant wear gold or silver wedding rings, so I had to find a stainless steel one for the groom . They also did custom engraving & it looked beautiful. I will try to post pictures later . Thank you so much all the hard work you guys do , we all appreciate your efforts.

Nicole Scott What a lovely experience I had here. Frank is a great guy, as well as his associate Lori. They were both so kind and helpful. I felt comfortable from the second I stepped foot in the store. I needed a ring resized, and he was able to do so in a short amount of time for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Frank for all of your jewelry or repair needs, he is fantastic! Looking forward to going back for more pieces!
