At Samantha’s not only are they the kindest people, they are also incredibly knowledgable about all their jewelry. To learn about the history of the stone was amazing! The work, impeccable. The prices are so reasonable. Something similar would have easily cost double or far more somewhere else. I honestly could not say enough about how wonderful the experience is there. We came back to purchase the wedding rings and my brother and his wife are so so happy. I have since bought a beautiful necklace. We are all lifetime customers now. You should be too. Trust me.

Showed me a few different styles and let me tried them on to see what looked best with my ring. She also gave me her honest opinion which I truly appreciated. Daniel Donnelly This is the place to go. I asked them if they could resize one of my grandfathers rings that I inherited and couldnt be happier. I came back an hour later to what looked like a brand new ring that fit perfect, for half the price I expected before I walked in. Nothing but straight up, courteous, and reasonable.

Heather I went in yesterday to have my ring inspected and cleaned. I have had a few bad experiences here with staff in the years that I have been having my ring inspected. Rudeness, and lack of a smile, assistance or knowledge. David was a new face there, and what a breath of FRESH air. He was a COMPLETE gentleman! He greeting me with a smile and assisted in the process. He cleaned my ring like it has NEVER been cleaned before at Zales. I had to ask his name so I could write this review. Im not sure of his position with the company, but he should be the face of Zales. Beyond excellent customer service! Thank you David! I appreciate you!
