5 /5 Michael Cohen: I’ve been going to Northeastern Jewelers since I was a little kid growing up in the 90s, back when they were located in the mall. It was the only jewelry store my parents trusted or went to, and over the years, they became the only place I go to as well. No matter how many other jewelry stores are out there, especially all the big franchises, I cant say Ive really been a fan of any of them. Northeastern has always stood out for their honesty, quality work, and the kind of personal service you just don’t get anywhere else.
They’ve handled every jewelry repair I’ve needed over the years, including ring resizing, watch batteries, watch repairs, chain repairs, bracelet repairs and resizing, cleanings etc., you name it, theyve done it. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pieces. Their work is always flawless and handled with care. I’ve even ordered a watch winder through them at one point, and the whole process was smooth and professional, just like everything else they do.
It’s rare these days to find a local business that still holds onto that old school level of pride in their work and genuine connection with their customers. Northeastern Jewelers has earned my loyalty for life and I can’t recommend them enough.
