1 /5 tamarah roman: The sales department sucks the quality of the items are trash Kay’s is way better I went in there to buy a ring they promised is real gold I didn’t know it wasn’t it was only gold plated so when my ring started to wear out I took it back and Cameron R the manager just repeatedly said “ real gold cost more” like it’s never about the money if told I would’ve brought the most expensive ring for real gold but I’m young and didn’t know but Cameron R the manager made me feel like complete garbage over the fact kept saying I should’ve paid more then I’m like I’m have warranty can I just get my ring fixed she said “no the warranty only for the diamonds” so what was the point of getting the warranty? Honestly I wouldn’t shop here Kay’s jewelers is in the same location and they are making sure your satisfied don’t go to pandora they are scammers 200$ for a gold plated ring is insane and they don’t even last 2 weeks DONT SHOP PANDORA!!! Especially with Cameron R she should be fired and no don’t think because of the owner replying to this review I was helped NOPE I still got a trash ring for 120 that’s literally fading within 1 week DONT BUY

2 /5 Rachelle Sixon: Although the sales associates in the store were very nice and helpful. I picked up a charm for a present for my coworker. I was on my phone when checking out so i wasn’t paying much attention but i give my coworker the box the next day and there was no charm in the box… i called this store 28 time in Tues not one answer.. i called a few times today no answer. I’ve reached out on their instagram, no response, I’ve also emailed customer. I finally have a day off today and will pass by the store but i just wanted to speak to someone before physically going to the store. Not sure if their phone is on but it’s kind of crazy to have a business where no one answers the phone at all.

4 /5 Silvana Novais: Great Customer Service. I had an issue with Pandora store at Staten Island Mall where they didn’t have the snow bangle bracelet as advertised on Christmas promotion. However, I was contacted by custumer service and store management, that did all she could to help me find the accurate bracelet, and it fits me perfectly! Thanks pandora for great customer service and all the effort to help me fix the issue.

4 /5 David A: When your dealing with a salesperson its all good. But there is an issue if you have people lining up on a Sunday because you dont have enough sales people. I think one person should be on register. The traffic flow needs to be figured out.
