The store is clean, quiet & conveniently located. I will be returning there to sell some broken jewelry pieces that have been languishing.

Heather I went in yesterday to have my ring inspected and cleaned. I have had a few bad experiences here with staff in the years that I have been having my ring inspected. Rudeness, and lack of a smile, assistance or knowledge. David was a new face there, and what a breath of FRESH air. He was a COMPLETE gentleman! He greeting me with a smile and assisted in the process. He cleaned my ring like it has NEVER been cleaned before at Zales. I had to ask his name so I could write this review. Im not sure of his position with the company, but he should be the face of Zales. Beyond excellent customer service! Thank you David! I appreciate you!

E I needed one of the stones reset in my engagement ring and wasnt sure where to go. We decided to give Goff Jewelers a try. The woman who helped us was kind and professional, and we immediately felt comfortable having it repaired there. It was fixed and cleaned within one day. The man who helped us when we picked it up was also quick and professional. We would definitely return and recommend them to others. 10/10 experience.

Nadine Ive known Joe and Ina for many years, from when they were in Forest Ave, flea market! They both will go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. They truly have a unique shop, lots of vintage jewelry, I think thats what drew me to them in the first place, nothing is same ole same ole. I was so happy to see theyre still in business on New Dorp Lane, since Ive been off the island for over 8 years. I travelled to them from upstate NY to get my granddaughter a piece of jewelery for her 18th birthday and graduation.
