Mark Hagan My family was on a trip back home and decided to stop by at 830 on a Saturday when we pulled up it looked as if they were closed. We pulled through the drive thru and was told they closed the lobby due to being “short staffed” with 4 employees but they weren’t even remotely busy! We needed to use the restroom and asked if we could come in and was told no by the manager on duty. She was extremely rude and was a big Smart A•• telling us the restrooms at the gas station were very clean and open. When I asked for corporate’s information she was extremely rude. On top of all this ALL of the food was cold and not edible. This is ridiculous and definitely will sway my decision to eat at Wendy’s! I’d be embarrassed for serving that garbage!!!!! My 12 year old daughter could do better than your Manager!!!

Max Root Americu, and specifically Andrea Neal are the epitome of quality in customer service. I felt like I was treated as a valued customer and friend, not someone they could just make money from. Andrea is extremely thorough, running numbers multiple times to ensure everything was accurate. She showed her expertise in explaining all aspects of my loan to me prior to my signing. I sincerely appreciate her efforts and the service of everyone I have met in the Cortland, NY Americu office!
