They were great during the transition & communication with them is awesome - generally hear back from when relatively quickly. Great local business that I would recommend to anyone looking.

Mark Hagan My family was on a trip back home and decided to stop by at 830 on a Saturday when we pulled up it looked as if they were closed. We pulled through the drive thru and was told they closed the lobby due to being “short staffed” with 4 employees but they weren’t even remotely busy! We needed to use the restroom and asked if we could come in and was told no by the manager on duty. She was extremely rude and was a big Smart A•• telling us the restrooms at the gas station were very clean and open. When I asked for corporate’s information she was extremely rude. On top of all this ALL of the food was cold and not edible. This is ridiculous and definitely will sway my decision to eat at Wendy’s! I’d be embarrassed for serving that garbage!!!!! My 12 year old daughter could do better than your Manager!!!

Janice Moore They are the most caring people. Our regular accountant never filed our taxes and cortland booking helped us refile. At no charge. Thank God there are some good people in this world.

Rob Wheeler I recently purchased a brand new Massey Ferguson 1840M and at around 25 hours of use the left front bucket dump/curl hydraulic cylinder began leaking. I called CNY Farm Supply and they had a tech at my house within an hour with a brand new cylinder and he was done in about 20 minutes! I was blown away by the prompt service, you dont see that nowadays. I cant recommend them enough from sales to service A++++
