I felt like I was treated as a valued customer and friend, not someone they could just make money from. Andrea is extremely thorough, running numbers multiple times to ensure everything was accurate. She showed her expertise in explaining all aspects of my loan to me prior to my signing. I sincerely appreciate her efforts and the service of everyone I have met in the Cortland, NY Americu office!

I met with Hanna Stanton and she was amazing with all the help I was given, not only for the loan but for the help in putting me in touch with Amanda Hartman for a far better rate on my auto insurance. I have switched all my banking accounts and needs to AmeriCu because of employees like Hanna and Amanda. Its nice to have everything at one institution and makes it much easier to keep track of my finances. I highly recommend AmeriCu for your financial needs, and if youre in Cortland, stop in and see Hanna. She is an amazing person to work with and is the most pleasant person I have had the pleasure to meet. Youll be treated like you are the most important person there
