Caitriona Fox Dont normally write reviews, but Lauren at Claires Riverhead was nothing but kind, professional, accommodating, and helpful. Went in last minute to get my ears pierced and she was super great and I wish every store manager was as attentive and knowledgeable.

A Belk Vanessa is the sweetest employee I have ever encountered at a retail store! She was so friendly and helpful, going out of her way to offer assistance to everyone shopping. She was very patient as I tried on a lot of clothes, swapping sizes for me and putting things back. She was super kind and a pleasure to have a conversation with as she was ringing me up. She definitely made a wonderful impression and Francesca’s should consider themselves lucky to have her. I’m writing this review about 2 months later but I kept her name saved, so if she’s still working there then she deserves a promotion or a raise!

Jennifer Morris I came over the weekend to get my engagement ring sized and my watch looked at. They were so informative, helpful and professional. They told me to send my watch back to Rolex would cost a fortune and take forever, and informed us how they could fix it for way less. They also made my ring fit perfectly, and look better than it did when it was brand new. They send videos and photos that they took of the finished product. Really amazing. We’ll definitely be coming back here for our wedding bands and all other jewelry needs!

Jules Rose This is a newer store and I was happy to stop in! Cashier was incredibly nice and you can tell he really does adore his job! The prices in the store arent bad, some items I would say are a bit over marked but overall I really adore this store! Really great place for anybody even if youre not much of a " country fan". Theres a ton of great gifts for all ages as well as some cute home decor! Not only that but it is giving "Hallmark" ! In a great way! Hallmark always has such great gifts and self are items.
