1 /5 Lauren Growney: Contacted this insurance company looking for insurance . The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. This was the only good experience I had with this company. She connected me to Rays extension and explained he would be back In the afternoon. I left a message. I waited another day to hear back, and decided to call back when I hadnt received a return call. Ray answered this time and in speaking I mentioned since I hadnt heard back I decided to try again. He then said "I did call back", slightly defensive but wasnt able to reach me (no missed calls or messages on my cell and he repeated the number back so I know it was correct). We spoke and he said he would look into it and asked me to forward paperwork pertaining to my current insurance, and would be in touch. I forwarded the information within an hour. This was on a Thursday. I waited to Monday and sent a message confirming he received the information, no reply, left a message, no reply. I was then hit with hurricane Irma, and was unable to communicate easily so I had my Father contact him, still no reply. I then sent one last message, even stating if he was too busy or didnt want to handle my insurance just to let me know and Im still holding my breath. Ive been in the service industry for 30 years and I am appalled at the lack of customer service and basic common decency. If this was a representative of my business, they would no longer have a job. Highly recommend that you look elsewhere for your insurance needs. I know I did.
