Michael Dudas Bought our engagement ring and wedding rings from Graeber Jewelers years ago...great price and an awesome staff to assist us getting the perfect rings. Recently had to get some of them resized and they came back even prettier than ever & the fit is perfect!! The staff and service they provide is 2nd to none!!! Thank you!!

Suzanne McKellar My twin 8 year old grandsons bought watches at a thrift store, but the batteries were dead. I stopped in to Ross Jewelers to get batteries. The owner was so kind, changed the battery in the first watch and kindly explained why the missing "diamonds" couldnt be replaced (lol). Apparently the second watch was broken and a new battery wouldnt help. He asked my grandson to give him his wrist and he put a very nice looking watch (not new) on his wrist and left him beaming!! Then he refused payment!! He wouldnt let me pay for the battery or the watch!! This was such a generous act of kindness, I just want everyone know how he lit up the world for these little boys!!

Catherine TheGreat We have done business here before and it was excellent. We came back in for an anniversary ring and forgot to ask about a Veteran discount. The owner and employees were so wonderful to accommodate us and update the receipt to include the discount, where other places would’ve said no. All Veterans should come and be well taken care of!

Joey T Amazing customer service. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and honest. They were able to provide me with an appraisal for insurance purposes. If they do not have exactly what you are looking for on hand, they can create it for you to your exact specifications. The building itself is also very nice inside. If you want a hassle free experience, I highly recommend checking them out.

Tracy Curtin This has to be the best jeweler in the WNY area. They do everything and have everything. Their customer service is amazing. They make every customer feel like family. And it doesn’t matter if you’re spending $100 or &10,000 . Angel is amazing but really everyone is there is so special. I don’t know who owns this store but big kudos to you!
