Melissa Vasquez Do not go to her. She used google translate on my brothers application for DACA, worst translation ever. This was back in 2016, she shouldn’t work on any documentations if she can’t translate them to proper English. Don’t waste your time nor money. Very unprofessional Katiuska Tejeda !!

She could not stop telling me how caring and compassionate a young woman working there was to her. The young woman did not rush my client, listened carefully to everything she said, and offered creative solutions to her logistical headaches. Customer service comes from a desire to please. Magen Phillips-Vargas I come here to use the ATM never have problems always clean but now Im unable to get in before opening times or if its after its closed due to a new operating thing on the door I was able to slide my card and open it now its different so Im not sure if only bank costumers can get in or if there is a certain way to open the doors but if only bank costumers can get in after hours Im afraid you could loose a little bit of business because atms get used daily even after hours

Khaled alkaawani I Usually skip at least one or two branches on my way to get to this branch every time I need to go to the bank. Never have a problem in this place unlike Fordham Rd branch or the one on 233rd st & White Plains Rd. Even though its a small place in a busy and crowded area, yet they have the best staff. Friendly and everything is always smooth and convenient. And Im also going there in the Morning :)
