Elizabeth Herrera This place is a joke, Laney needs to be retrained, so rude, unprofessional I’m not sure how this business is still open.. she cut me and cut corners doing a manicure, My hand wasn’t even soaked lol to make the cuticles softer.. and usually cuticle oil is the last step I didn’t even get that.. Needless to say they will never see me again.. Don’t waste your time and money

Tori It’s obvious that they are taking the health and safety of their clients very seriously during this time. The man (Andy?) that did my acrylics was very nice, not very talkative (which personally I find to be a plus!) and did an awesome job. The owners seem to have great relationships with their clients, which is awesome to see. Overall, I’m very pleased!

Di 322 Arrived a bit early for a scheduled appointment for spa pedicures for myself & a friend. We needed to make an appointment as we needed to stay on schedule to get back to work. My friend arrived early & they told her she had to wait, but they proceeded to take 2 other women with no appointments. I arrived 5mins later, still 10mins before our scheduled appt. No worries, we’d wait. They didn’t seat us until 20mins AFTER our scheduled appointment, then only one person worked on both of us & rushed through each pedicure. Then she hopped over to me, left my friend in mid-pedicure & made the employee, who was working on the unscheduled customers, finish my friend’s pedicure. All in all, we both felt rushed & like a nuisance to the staff. It took less then 40mins for a spa pedicure after waiting almost that long to be seated & the end result sucked! NEVER GOING BACK!
