Rachel Roberts Always love the quick and caring experience we have here. 10/10 recommend. Also another point to add, I see the same nurse every-time I visit, I cannot remember her name unfortunately but she’s so good with my kids and seeing the same people really builds rapport and feels reassuring that the staff is appreciated in their workplace. Grateful for local quick care! Especially with our Christmas Day strep catastrophe. Amazing!

Kip Harvey I appreciated the fact everyone I came into contact with at the Fulton Medical Center was very friendly. I also was very pleased with the wait time considering I was a walk in. I have had nothing but positive experiences here whether is was lab work or seeing a physician.

Julie Chetney The PA we saw was amazing!! Kind. Patient. And funny (at moments it needed to be) the girls at the front desk were welcoming and eager to make our experience a good one. This was my first time to a Well Now clinic and I will go back for sure!! .

Jennifer Pelligra Brought my son there and we were there about 25 minutes from start to finish,quickest place Ive been to for medical care.staff was beyond friendly and the doctor was so nice.. Just went there again for the 2nd time and staff was so friendly ,the Dr was very kind and gently with my son. We were there maybe an hour. Very fast and this will be my choice if my family is sick ever again.

Sue Scanlon I saw Dr. Groch for severe ear pain and a tongue lesion that wouldnt heal properly. Dr. Groch was amazing. He took time to explain everything and answer any questions that I had. He also made sure to fit the follow up appointments into my crazy schedule. He was very professional, friendly, funny, patient and knowledgeable. Cant thank him and his staff for giving me the best possible care. Highly recommend!

Lisa Odin Dr. Ram and her team are AMAZING. If you need your Doctor to listen to you and actually care about you and your health look no further! The level of caring is something I havent seen in doctors office staff in a long time. They are all professional while at the same time caring and compassionate. Andrea Fowler Dr Newell is the most thorough Doctor I have ever seen. She is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and you can tell she truly cares about her patients. I would highly recommend her to anybody I know and I have!

C. B Dr. Christina has been caring for me for almost 20 years and my two daughters. My son started with her and switched to Dr. Matt. We moved to Deity ten years ago, and I travel back for her. She listens to me, came to the hospital to meet my daughters when they were born, worked through one of my children’s complicated communication and anxiety disorders, and was calling experts at night when my other daughter’s bloodwork came back with results that needed to be addressed. She’s direct and to the point. I’ve never met a better doctor.

Meredith Williams My whole family receives their care here. I always feel like family when we have our appointments. The care I have received as well as my family is above and beyond. You feel respected and listened to. The treatments are explained and feel prioritized. Any questions that arise can be answered with the on call staff quickly and efficiently. Again you will feel respected and valued.

Stacy Potter My PCP Dr. Carnes Is a wonderful human being And doctor. This is the best Medical care I have ever received in my entire life. We need more doctors like her. She is so wise and knowledgeable, and I always feel that she truly cares for her patience on a deep level. She never rushes me out of the office and always listens to my concerns and she is always spot on with diagnosis. All of the nurses and even the secretaries here are great people as well and always make the experience a little easier With how friendly and helpful they are. I know how rare this is to find such a gem. I appreciate everyone here, especially my doctor. I know if I didn’t have someone so warm and welcoming and helpful that I probably would be deterred from going to the doctors even more so, to put it plainly, she has probably put years on my life from aiding in my medical care

Laurie Petrie Im 62 and Connect Cares Dr. Margaret Brower is the absolute best Primary Care Dr. I have ever had. She is highly dedicated to see that your ever need is met. Her way with patients is outstanding . A true caring staff. I just cant recommend her enough. Outstanding! Thank you Dr Margaret Brower for your superior excellence !

Tiffany Lefebvre Friendly service, fast and very good at what they do. I love the receptionist as well as the nurses and my NP. They make you feel comfortable and welcome and seem to really care about you. Would recommend them to anyone seeking reproductive care services!

Harley Bartosek My two daughters go there. Dr Vangorder is amazing. But one of the receptionist are very rude... especially when you call. Definitely don’t feel comfortable talking with them at all. It does make me want to change doctor offices. But like I said dr Vangorder is a great doctor to my girls. Just wish we felt more welcome! If they’re going to work with people they need to learn people skills!

Cheryl Ascenzi My snowbird parents moved back home to Oswego and became patients of Dr Joan Newell three plus years ago. I cannot say enough about her amazing care. Aside from being the consummate healthcare professional, the specialty bakery cupcake she brought my father to the hospital on his birthday says it all about how caring and compassionate she is. Today my Mother saw her amazing PA Emily Crandall and our experience was equally incredible, taking the time to thoroughly review and engage in my Mother’s care. Thank you!

Alanna Ossa I love Dr. Newell. The reason I’m putting a negative review is because anyone considering this place should be warned there is zero availability or flexibility for sick appointments or checkups. This is an issue in our landscape of insurance required signups for referrals. Most of my care since she moved to this practice has been thru WellNow for that reason. Not great. Secondly my parents have had some serious issues with another doctor in this practice. A blood infection positive result from er was dismissed by a pcp that turned out to be life threatening. Personally no question this overlook was due partially to lack of availability. So be aware that you will rarely get seen by a pcp for care with this practice. Even nurse practitioner availability is limited. Case in point today calling at 7am the earliest I can be seen is tomorrow at 3pm by a nurse. I can do that elsewhere for the same price.

Katie Meyer I want to highly recommend the Mexico Lab draw station. We went there today and had the pleasure of working with Emma. My 8 year old daughter was extremely nervous and scared for a blood draw. Emma was so kind and compassionate. She took the time to allow my daughter the space to regulate her emotions and showed her kindness. She talked her through the entire process and got down on her level and never made her feel bad for crying. Emma quickly gained our trust. Emma truly met our needs and gave my daughter the confidence should she need this done again. This was such a positive and excellent experience with Oswego Health. I am so happy to have a competent lab close to home.

shannan Bennett Called and confirmed hours. Came in at 12:18 to a sign saying they are closed for lunch. Which is fine, so we wait until 1 pm, mind you the sign said closed 12-12:30 for lunch. One pm hits and still no one showed up. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. Fasted all day for absolutely nothing. Will never be going back.

Pat Kelley I have been going here for a few years and have liked the doctors and treatment. at the time I started going there, the office staff was good. that was then and this is now. drove from the Brewerton/Central Square area for a morning appointment today to find out no doctors were there today and my appointment was canceled but no one contacted me. a good 45 minute ride one way. this has happened before. the office staff seems like a revolving door now and all I get is how people are so overworked there. trust me every time I am in there nobody is overworked. the waiting room has hardly any people in it and you have to wait for a while. if the staff knows that the doctors were not in there today, how about looking up the patients who were coming in and let them know to reschedule before we drive there. lady behind me at the counter came from Fulton and the same thing happened to her. a little common sense would be nice. and I need the appointment to get my ears cleaned out. rescheduling appointments a lot is totally inacceptable. I need care to my ears and not excuse !!!

Kathy Crawford DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE. If I could give them negative stars, I would. Never even got in to see the doctors. Jumped through hoops and dealt with their inept office staff for over a week to set up an appointment for my son via a referral from another ENT. After a ridiculous amount of time, appointment was finally set. The morning prior to the appointment, my son received a call from an extremely rude member of their staff cancelling his appointment indicating he was a liability to their practice because they had not done his sinus surgery. No further explanation. I called to try to clarify the situation and was treated very rudely by Christine, the manager of the practice. If this is how a patient referred by a professional colleague is treated, I can’t imagine how someone off the street would be treated. Stay away!!!

TheGreat Borrego Horrible front office. They discharged me and said they sent a letter I never recieved. Found out when trying to make an appointment months later, and now have to find another provider ASAP with no refills for critical meds!!!!

Christina Peters Unfortunately I feel the need to leave a poor review. I had shown up to every appointment and on time as well as always paid my copay. After asking to cancel an appointment on a holiday (and had called 3 separate times to make sure I could cancel it), I was discharged. The office staff was great in person and would kindly send/fax any of my documents that I needed, however, became rude on the phone in several instances when I attempted to ask basic medical questions or needed to reschedule. It also took 2 years for a plan of care to come together for me in order to feel better. I would not recommend this office for your endo needs.

Princess Sugar We were incredibly impressed with Dr. Arce. After numerous other doctors and getting nowhere with figuring out what was wrong, Dr. Arce expressed that the other physicians we have seen should have taken these symptoms more seriously and he could not believe how many other doctors and nurses just kept giving us "maybe" this "maybe" that but never did any actual investigating into what was causing such severe symptoms (like losing over 70lbs in just a few months without any dietary or exercise changes) and so much more. It is a relief to finally hear a doctor say its not our job to play a guessing game and try to figure this out on our own. Dr. Arce said that that is what these doctors went to college for and they should be the ones finding the answers for their patients instead of offering bandaid fixes that dont help or find the underlying condition that is causing the issues you are having. He gave us hope, and we are very grateful to finally have found a doctor who lives for the health of his patients. Thank you. We hope to find the answers finally, and soon!

maureen stedman The Dr. is a pure Angel!!!!! Got all my cancer. Did a hysterectomy that should have been done years ago. He leaves no stone not turned.

Deanna Hall A bout of arthritis meant a trip to urgent care in Fulton this morn. My wedding ring needed to be cut off. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. They worked diligently on a very heavy gold band. Finally success. They were kind, patient and persistent. Success. Much better. Thank you Fulton urgent care

Meredith Jones The staff from Oswego Health Home Care have been such an amazing help for my Dad (and me) as he recovers from spinal surgery. They have all provided him with excellent care, for nursing visits, PT & OT. He is constantly telling me how kind they all are to him, how patient and helpful everyone is who visits from Oswego. The nursing team in particular have gone above and beyond ... in their communications with me (special shoutout to Angela & Julie!) , making sure that he has the things that he needs in his apartment, and being sure to connect all the dots in communications with his many doctors. I cannot say enough good things, it is rare to find people who truly care this much in such a stressful & difficult line of work, and I am so grateful to the whole team there.
