Juniper fayazova I got my nails done here today after hours of researching nail spots I finally found this place. I called them and it was so easy the lady just asked me a few questions and said see you at 2pm! Then I went there and I had a male nail tech and I was thinking it wasn’t going to be as good but I was wrong. It was great! And after the appointment he gave me some lotion because the UV light can make your hands dry. But I had an amazing experience! Would definitely recommend

Amanda McNally I came here once before and had a great experience. This time, I was charged full price although she cut one of my fingers and a nail broke about an hour after leaving the salon and I had to go back. Extremely disappointed.

Äscen X This place is racist and homophobic. Period. I came for a mani / pedi. I asked acrylic tips on just four fingers and instead was forced to get plastic tips I didn’t want. She reassured me she would replace them if they broke off like I warned. She refused to give me the same service everyone else got. The woman not only cut me several times. She just did the most horrible job possible. When I came in today to repair the same nails she promised wouldn’t break, she charged me another 40$, and proceeded to do even worse than she had done originally. While laughing and making fun of how they turned out. I kept the nails just to leave this review. They also like to lie about pricing, nail appropriate hygiene and nail tech practices. Beware. Save your money, and have peace elsewhere.

Elizabeth White I went in for a gel manicure, was seated right away but on the corner and was bumped into by nearly anyone that walked by the small aisle. My technician quickly rounded off the corners of my totally nude nails and then attacked my dry cuticles with a metal cuticle pusher. No oil no water just shoving the cuticle down. The technician then got out her rotary tool and raw dogged my cuticles off. She then immediately got to work painting my nails, and I can still see every brush stroke. Manicures used to be a self care treat. I can attack my nailbeds on my own without spending $45 for someone to rush me through with no products.

Pilar My experience at this salon was appalling, and the manager was unprofessional, uncouth, and outdated in her approach. On May 12, 2024, Mothers Day, I got a gel manicure. Tina assisted me, but she didnt pay attention to the UV light, which kept shutting off prematurely. Despite informing her, she assured me it was fine. By Wednesday, all my nails were chipped. I showed up today, May 17, to address the issue. When I spoke to the manager, her attitude was appalling. She prioritized new customers over fixing my nails and only offered to paint over the chips. Given that I paid $47 and left a $13 tip, I expected a proper redo, not a quick fix. As someone working in a design firm, I need my nails to look professional. Judging by the numerous negative reviews, it seems they wont stay in business for long. The managers behavior was rude and unprofessional. Unhappy clients should consider contacting their bank for a refund.

Brittany Holland I’ve been contemplating for weeks whether I wanted to visit this location for a pedicure. My brother and I decided we needed a self-care day so we gave this place a try. From the moment we walked into the door we were greeted by the staff. They were so courteous, pleasant, and professional. There are so many colors to choose from. There are several partitions up in between the pedicure stations and also the manicure stations. The chairs used for a pedicure are massage chairs also with a cup holder if you happen to have a beverage. There are also USB ports at the manicure and pedicure stations in case you need to charge your device. The restroom is also very spacious and clean. My pedicure was absolutely amazing!!!!!!! The Locxmi did my pedicure and she was absolutely great. She asked me was the water temperature okay and kept asking me was I okay in general. Angela did my brother’s pedicure she was also great and was giving my brother tips for his feet. While sitting under the dryer I even received about a 5-minute shoulder massage from Locxmi. Once my nails were dry, oil was applied to my toes and plastic over it so I could put my shoes on. They even offer a free membership where you earn points and for each $200 you spend you get $10 off. I am so glad we decided to give this place a try. I am so happy with my results; I will definitely be returning.

Anna Maz This was my first time at this spa. I didnt know about it until I received a gift card. I did the Body polish, its a body scrub followed by moisturizer. I aslo dodmid facial wax. My skin feels so soft now. Diane is so nice. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I am looking for ward to going back for the body scrub/polish and facials. Everyone I spoke to there were really nice.

A Francesca Lauren was wonderful to work with when setting up my hair trial and hair style the day of my wedding. She was flexible and accommodating to make sure our needs were met. The hairstylists she sent to our house were professional, talented, and wonderful. Lauren holds her salon to high standards, and it did not disappoint. I would use her again. Thanks so much!

Wayne I have been using this salon for over 2 years and have nothing but good things to say. You walk in and are greeted by the upbeat receptionists and then taken for a wash (if you want one) and then on to the cut. My stylist is Karen S. and she delivers an amazing haircut each time. And to top it off I can drive to the shop in under 5 minutes from my home. A home run ! I would HIGHLY recommend this shop.

Jennifer Castrova I had a gel pedicure and gel manicure. I picked an OPI color and the next day the color started disappearing as if they added acetone to their polishes. I went back That next day and they had me choose a different color. They repainted my nails only (not my toes) and I tipped them again. The polish on my nails is also now starting to look semi sheer and not well painted. When I went back the third time and asked them to open a brand new polish, they told me I have to pay extra for them to do my feet and hands again. DO NOT waste your TIME or MONEY @RockyPointNails!

Shanna Sullivan I really enjoyed this place. It was my first time and I was a walk in so didnt know how long Id have to wait as it was fairly busy but they took me right away. I got a massage while getting nails done and it was absolutely wonderful. My nails came out great and I got a spa pedicure done. I told the manicurist I needed to be done by a certain time and I was unable to get my toes done but she said come back the following day or so when I had time and she would do them free of charge. All the people there were kind and professional. I throughly recommend this place!

Cristiana Mingoia I’m a regular customer for simple manicures and I was impressed until I did gel nails for my birthday trip, they looked beautiful but when I came back to just have them removed because of my job, I was told it’s $5. Which is perfectly fine. But the girl felt that I wasn’t a valued customer because I’m not paying much so instead of soaking my nails, she used the drill and made my nails look awful, scratched. After asking 5 times if I only wanted to remove the gel I said okay can you cut them, I was charged an extra $5 without being told just for cutting them and leaving them looking awful. I was so disheartened because after this I will never come back for manicures or gel nails again. I felt treated like garbage just because I was only spending $5, when I’m a regular and pay more the other times. Very sad. I’ll be going elsewhere where they dont butcher my nails.

Ivena Cooper I went there today for a fill , pedi and eyebrow wax. The lady that did my pedi & eyebrows was AWESOME (I give them 5 stars) However the man that did my nails was very rude, and didn’t listen to what I wanted. He did what he wanted to do. I asked for a cut down I never got and when it was time to pay my bill was 119. I was confused on how it was that much being I got basic EVERYTHING, the listed price for eyebrows $10 a fill in 35 & pedi 50 total is clearly $95. When I went to pay he got agitated because I asked for a price break down, I told the lady employee that I had a split payment & as I’m telling her because she could understand me, he keeps tapping me tellin me to speak to him and not her. If you didn’t understand I wanted a cut down how would you or could you understand that I need to do a split payment? In all my experience with him help me to determine I’ll NEVER go back there. I’m from out of town and that definitely left a bad taste in my mouth for that salon. I would not recommend getting your services from the older man in there. He is a trip.

Tayo They yelled at me after their employee made a mistake and cut my nails too short. I politely said that’s too short I will just pay for tips. They were very mean and unprofessional, it was embarrassing for me. And after all that, I left with my nails looking like this ! Bad experience and won’t be going back.

Elisa Van Pelt I stopped going here for a long time for many reasons. They are under new management, with a whole new staff, and this is hands down the best salon in the area! Kelly and Will provide fantastic customer service, work, and oversight of the operation. All of the technicians are careful, detailed and friendly. They use quality products and I love their color selections.

Alicia Beware, this is a chop shop. You will never pay the same price twice. Sanitary implements are not a thing here. Reuse of sand bands and files on multiple clients. They upcharge on everything. Shape($3), length($5), cut down($3), gel polish($10 (even when you provide your own), and acrylics are left thick, uneven, and bulky. Cuticle care is non-existent. Under nail care, not a thing. Proceed with caution ⚠️ and at your own health and financial risk. Prices on bored are NOT what you will pay. Add aprox $21-$25 to the cost you see, and if you get a sub-par design, that will cost you anywhere from $5 for a single finger to $20 for all 10 fingers. You do not get what you pay for. Cost by far exceeds the outcome. -10/10

Liz G Very relaxing nail salon and spa. I always feel good about their services. However, I noticed that my gel manicure was not painted all the way to the cuticle. This is what my nail job looks like only 2-3 days after I got them done. Why? I guess I have been very stressed and very exhausted with my job that I didn’t have time to micro-manage them — which honestly should not be MY responsibility. I need THEM to do better. I paid about $140 for a gel manicure and spa pedicure (w/ 10 min foot massage). My stuff needs to be on point. In this economy?! Please. Do not play any games. I feel like I wasted my money. And they never seem to say thank you after getting a tip. Disrespectful.

Aya Mohamed I visited this place a few times. Initially, I had a wonderful gel pedicure, though it was quite pricey at $72 with tip. On my second visit, I opted for a regular pedicure and spent 50 minutes under a fan to dry them. They even applied a dry nail spray before I left. Upon arriving home, the polish was smudged. When I contacted them to have it fixed, they insisted I pay, and if I wanted gel polish, there was an additional $20 charge. This seemed unfair since they assured me the nails were dry. After the fix, I only received nail polishing, not the full pedicure service. The staff was not accommodating, and the service lacked uniqueness. The desk assistant asked me how much I wanted to tip at the end of the service (which was 15 minutes max btw), I said zero because I didnt receive an additional service, and I returned to fix their mistake. She scoffed and didnt say bye. In total I payed $74 for a simple gel pedicure, way more than the base price of $58 all because I wanted them to fix their mistake. Do not recommend.

Claire Sheehan I’ve been coming to REE for years now, the quality you get here just can’t be beat. First - it’s CLEAN, and it’s also large enough that you don’t feel stacked up on other people getting services too. Second - the staff, I’ve had sessions with almost everyone that works there by now and I don’t have a single complaint. If you have a design in mind or can’t figure out exactly what you want, the staff will help you - and not just throwing out any idea, they are realistic and they care about the work they do - they want you to look and feel good! Third - the general atmosphere, this place is my treat to myself, I come here to relax and feel a little pampered and it’s generally the vibe from everyone else. I think maybe once (over many years) I’ve had another customer talk loudly on their phone next to me while getting a pedicure, but that’s it. Fourth - the price, with their rewards program and discount for paying cash, this salon is really competitive for places offering less than half of what I’ve mentioned above. Fifth - the quality, my nails are so healthy now and my gel manicures last forever. I’ve gotten many regular manicures here and they’ve all lasted easily 2 weeks before chipping. I’ve never been cut or scraped by any of the technicians and they are meticulous when it comes to polish application. I take the train every two weeks to come here and will happily continue to do so.

Lisa nancy Mungiovi Amazing staff! Came to the nail salon in a crisis! My nail was hanging off from a prior salon attempting to remove my wrap incorrectly. Greeted by pleasant welcoming staff. Nancy came to rescue! She took her time to remove each and every wrap on my other nails and repair my ripped finger nail. After, she transformed my nails into what I thought was impossible. One of the most beautiful pink and white acrylics I’ve had done. Nancy has a wonderful skill set and experience with services such as pink and white the average nail technician does not. Thank you Nancy and staff! You have a new forever customer!

Sabrina Crockett This place from the outside looks the size of a lemonade stand but when u go inside it’s a beautiful place! It goes all the way back so it’s actually very large & has beautiful chandeliers, very clean like very very clean. Great service-the staff is very talented they get to u right away not a long wait but book appointment bc this place is busy! Their nails literally lasted over a month when I was broke & had to hold off- not one tip broke or chipped, good quality nails & polish for sure. Cool thing is this place texts u coupons that they actually honor & they are fairly priced. Thus us my new spot & these are my Xmas nails

Cynthia T It was a wonderful first experience. I wanted to get a French dip powder. Nancy knew exactly what I wanted. My nails have not looked this good in a long time. In fact I don’t think they ever looked this good! It is clean, quiet and everyone is so sweet. It has always taken almost 2 hours at a different salon.. today I was in and out within an hour had much better results, more professional, and in less than half the time!! I was not rushed, but everything was done incredibly efficient. I feel like I found a new home. Thank you for a great experience and my nails are just perfect.

Mallary Decker I came here today for the very first time and was blown away. Not only is the place beautiful and relaxing but, they do a phenomenal job! I had Mui Mui as my tech and she did a really fantastic job! She took her time and made sure everything was perfect! Couldn’t be happier! I have found my new go to salon!

Basheva Teichman Nail bar and spa is my favorite and new go to nail salon! It’s always so clean and all the workers are so friendly and welcoming. They are very sensitive to my needs and preferences and make sure each customer receives the best experience. This is my third time using Gigi and her work is beautiful and well done. My nails always last at least three weeks whereas other salons only a week or two. I’m so happy I found nail bar and spa!

Marla Fields I just moved to NY and had got my nails done at pamper nails in New Windsor! They did my nails to thick and unnatural looking. I was told about this place. I made an appt 2 days later they did a fill and reshaped and I love them! So natural looking and just understood what I wanted. Even though I had just spent $100 days before it was worth it! Thank you Ana. I will be back in 3 weeks for fill and pedicure! Definitely my new nail salon!

Melissa Smith I gave this place another try after more than two years because my usual nail salon was too busy to see me without an appointment, and I was desperate. Got powder gel nails and spa pedicure which seemed ok though the assistant mgr who was providing my service seemed preoccupied and was talking to the other technician the whole pedicure; anyway my nails looked a little thin but I was satisfied until later on not even a week later they started breaking one by one. My regular salon lasts two weeks and much more relaxing atmosphere. So I paid $80 plus tip, another $23 dollars and now my nails are broken. Even my natural nail underneath is broken. Didn’t last a week. Salon was quite dusty like they don’t clean either and lots of clutter. I also have heel calluses like I never had a pedicure. Disappointing ripoff.

yvette seibert Daphne does my nails and they always come out great. Updated review I have been going here for a few years now since Daphne left I havent had a good experience and they overcharge you. I paid $74 for a French tip and 2 fingers had 2 hearts on them i have paid less for more at this location The nail tech was also in a rush I had dried acrylic all over my hands and she kept burning me with the drill a few of the nails look lumpy. Dont think I will be returning to this nail spa

stacie miller I was there today with my mom. The service is outstanding. A gentleman greeted us, opened the door and offered a beverage. The place has elegance with crystal like chandlers and brand new appliances. The wait time was exceptionally good and the sugar scrub pedicure is outstanding. I love how soft my feet are and how my toe nails twinkle. Thank you for your services! We will be back!

Kaytlyn McGrath Its frustrating that I even have to write this, and honestly, this is my first time taking the time to leave a negative review. I’ve been getting my nails done here for a year, and up until now, I’ve always had a positive experience. However, my regular technician, Eddie, has not been available for the last two visits, so I decided to try someone new. During my first experience with a different technician, my nails turned out very thick. While it wasn’t ideal, I let it slide, as he wasn’t my usual technician. This most recent visit, however, was an extremely unpleasant experience. The technician made my nail beds extremely sore, and despite my repeated requests that he stop because it was painful, he continued to hurt me. My nail beds even started bleeding, which he tried to cover up by wiping it and applying green cleaner, an attempt that struck me as both unprofessional and concerning. To make matters worse, a few of my nails ended up crooked and messy, which I find unacceptable. I will not be returning unless Eddie is available. As someone who also owns a business, I believe its essential to ensure that all staff members are properly trained and held to a high standard. There is simply no reason I should have paid the amount I did for such a poor experience and unsatisfactory results. I hope my next visit will be a more pleasant experience. Just for self awareness of anyone visiting this nail salon his name is Tommy.

Ivie Obi Eddie had been the one making my nails, because he wasn’t around I had to let someone else do it. I had my feet done and was ready for my manicure but because of the language barrier he kept making me change my design. I decide to do something he can do and understood. I was very patient with him but he kept insulting me in his language thinking I wouldn’t understand. I told him the acrylic filling was too thick but he kept on with his work and was still calling me names. He stood up aggressively stomping his feet and called someone else to come take over. I see no reason why I shouldn’t be able voice out, if my nails are bad. All they do is curse costumer when they show dissatisfaction. I wouldn’t recommend him making anyone nails. He’s very unprofessional, impatient and aggressive towards costumers….

Kailey Williams Got my nails done for hoco here. The nails were cricked and the lines on my French tips were not even. She dug my nail beds up and they were bright pink after. Not only that, the paint chipped a couple days after! There was also a little blood from her digging up my nail bed.

serenity weaver i went in to get my nails done the other day and they looked perfectly fine, they did a good job and were all very nice but i got home and then a little while later at night my nail was chipping and the polish was coming off. ive never ever had this happen at all when getting my nails done. its only a tiny piece but still there is no way i can fix them now. they had good service and were nice but my nail is chipped and i cant fix it unless i paint the nail myself. i still love my nails and they look great i just wish it didnt chip off.

Db3 I felt my pedicure was rushed which I dont understand because there wasnt any other customers. It was indeed a painful pedicure and my toe nail was clipped so short it made my nail bleed.

Christin Bluto Was super friendly and nice, but the worst pedicure Ive had. My nails were barley cut and still needed to be cut when I got home, of course made the polish look not the best. Got the spa pedicure and the guy barley scrub/rub my feet/legs, it was like he was not even trying to put anything into it. I use more force to put lotion on myself that he did with the whole thing. For the price i paid i wont be going back there.

adriana pfister I’m not sure of the name of the nail tech who worked on my nails this evening, I’ve gone here before and had pleasant experiences but this time very much not so. The male doing my nails was very sloppy, and had to constantly have others come over to check his work and comment on it. In fact one other nail tech said it was “ok” not good, not great, just ok. Additionally my left thumbnail is crooked compared to the right thumb nail. The artist was very unsure of himself and I’m not satisfied with the service.

Ashley Lu Such a lovely nail salon. From the moment you walk in, it looks very aesthetically pleasing and clean. There is a big wall of colors to choose from broken down by category of nails you are looking to get. As you are seated with the nail tech someone comes and offers you complimentary coffee/tea which is super nice. (Bellinis and Mimosas during the weekend!) I usually go for a clean look with UV Gel. And my tech absolutely killed it! She really took her time and made sure it was the shape and length I wanted. We decided on a neutral color with some chrome. Its so cute and I have gotten many comments on them. I will be back :) Highly recommended this spot.

TLOsasa I do not normally frequent nail salons but I have gotten mani pedis a few times. This shop is clean and well organized. Shout out to Tony for helping me fix up my pedicure I ruined an hour later. For $50, the service and quality was exceptional. Thank you to the cuties who helped with drinks, lotioning and front desk :D

Alondra Espino 2.5 rounded to 3*** because the ambience is great and nail techs were sort of nice. I think I’m over this place. I’ve been going for hard gel (uv) since May because I was recommended and my experience started off ok. My nails looked best when Mimi did them (of course she no longer works there). My experiences with the other nail techs (mainly the males) were terrible. My pedicure with one of the males one time lasted 10 minutes, literally. I just constantly felt rushed everytime I sat down (except with Mimi) and the work was pretty average. It’s time to look for a new place. My last appointment was for removal of hard gel and just a clean manicure (no polish) and I still had to pay $36????? I didn’t even get a color. The whole appointment lasted 15 minutes. I’ll be on the hunt for a new salon for sure. If anyone knows where Mimi went please let me know
