Emma Jenal They gave me a horrible pedicure that started with the man doing it slicing his hand while scrubing my feet, he barely covered it and proceeded to do my toes with an open wound, a patch of blood on his hand and no gloves. I payed and got to my car when I realized that my pedicure looked so bad. There was polish all around my cuticles and skin. I went back inside to tell the lady I would like my money back and how unsanitary and unsafe it was that he just did all that after cutting himself and then not putting on gloves. She didn’t apologize at all just told me to follow her to the chair where I thought she was going to clean it up, but she aggressively removed all the polish. So I completely wasted my time and left with nothing after a completely unsanitary and poor experience.

Alexandra Yoyo is amazing ! They’re a fairly new business and are amazing. She really took her time w my pedicure, SNS mani and eyebrows. I’m happy with the results. Thank you guys and blessings to the new business ✨❤️

Kristina Radeva I gave this place a one star because I have my nail follicules badly hurt after I went there on Saturday. Also, I sat down to do a pedicure spa and a gell powder manicure and I had very, very little left of some old color left on some of the tips of my toes and they said they will charge me $10 extra for removing it. No other place has done this before, and I don’t think in my case was a fair judgment. Anyway, at least the guy who did the pedicure did a great leg massage. Another lady gave me the mani. As for that - my folicules are still very red, have some blood marks/scars left and do hurt when I touch some things (like when I squeezed lemon on my hands yesterday). These are some picures and bear in mind - this is already 3 days after. I still tipped them and everything; at least the guy deserved it.

Rebecca Gaudioso-Lanni Came in with my young daughter to get our nails done. Within 3 days ALL of her nails started bubbling and popped off one by one. We live in another country but come there frequently. When I called a man named Chone answered and when I asked for a credit for this he said “no you have to come in” I explained that we don’t live there so can not come right now” his response was “that’s not my problem” and was extremely unhelpful. 70.00 set of nails that lasted 3 days. Came home to my county to fix them and they said “what a horrible job”. I would not recommend this place.

Priya Patel Not that great. They use same tools on guests without cleaning. I saw them use the same filer on me, then on a young girl that looked like she had some type of fungus (or could’ve been just discolored toe nails) unsure. Either way used the same tool. My pedicure has bubbles in It and the top coat on the sides of my skin. They also push way too hard for you to so the spa pedicure instead. I guess you get what you pay for.

Kelly Christian VSpa always does an amazing job, I never doubt my decision to come here. Gigi just did my wedding nails and they came out beautiful!!! Young is doing my wedding pedicure and has also been a pleasure. Looking forward to my next visit here!

Jessica Santo I was unhappy with my local nail place, so I decided to try V Spa, which is a short walk from my office. The place is clean and the staff is very friendly. The tech (I think her name was Na Na) did a GREAT job on my powder gel mani and was so sweet. Strangely, about 2 hours after I got home, the powder chipped when I was opening a container. I went back the next day on my lunch break to have it fixed, and it was corrected quickly (by Gigi) and no questions asked. The staff remembered by name from the day before. Ive never had this level of service at a nail salon before. I will come back again and again. Thank you!

Yvonne Gillespie The nail techs at this salon has a personality and they a lot of them also do their nails. I go to GG shes really good at her job and does a great job on my nails. I get UV gel applied aka hard gel. Its an alternative to acrylic nails and more durable than dip powder.

Faye Brown Have been going since they opened. Mae and Peter are the nicest people. Easy to talk to and interested in their customers on a personal level. Best thing about Colors is that the salon is very clean and bright.

Dyanne Cadavid I went to get my nails done at this place because my girl went on vacation I’m extremely furious about this job. 70 dollars to get powdered and it’s a complete disaster the worst manicure of my life when the person I go to regularly does the same to me for 38 dollars. Apart from everything I had to put up with one of them in front of me eating snot every two minutes please go to the bathroom. !! I HAVEN’T EVEN BEEN TWO HOURS AND THEY’RE ALREADY PEELING OFF, WHAT A MESS!!

Teneka Robinson A complete and utter disappointment! I went in today to have a UV gel set removed, as I was experiencing lifting from my natural nails. Being that I had some considerable length, I anticipated that it would be an easy process and planned to get a gel manicure as a final service. For context, I had the UV gel extension set done here and was satisfied with the result. I was a bit taken aback when the technician servicing me said that UV gel doesn’t soak off and proceeded to electric file my nails. I figured that once the shiny top layer was removed, I would suggest soaking with acetone. The technician said it could not be done. At this point, my nails were already haphazardly cut down and looked horrible. Against my better judgment, I allowed him to electric file down the UV gel until there was a thin layer remaining. I was beyond livid at this point. What was most disturbing were the comments being exchanged as I was sitting there. Asian nail salons should not assume that because they speak another language that their clientele would not understand. There are some of us that do! This salon needs to work on having the quality of its services mirror the ambience it exudes.

Jae Jasmin Please be careful going here. Ive been going for a while and have gotten 2 injuries from this place the first time should have been my warning but I went back and this time I had to have a surgical procedure done by a podiatrist to fix what they did. Also theyre not clean. My toes were bleeding alot and she just used a rag wipe my blood off the tools she was using which are not fresh tools. My first injury here they gave me a new guy who scrubbed my feet until the skin was raw and I couldnt walk the next day. My friend told me to go tell them and they gave me an 80 dollar gift card since they cant do refunds and told me to ask for a girl next time because I have "baby feet" and thats why I got hurt. The second time I went back I got a girl and it was actually better so I trusted them again. Big mistake. I got a different woman and she was cutting my nails and started cutting deep into the sides. my toes were painted white and she kept having to wipe off the blood. Becuase of her I grew infected ingrown nails and had to see a podiatrist who had to preform a painful procedure for this.

Ruth Escobar I must say, this studio exceeding my expectations. You felt a different energy immediately once you walk in. The rooms were perfect dim and set the tone for relaxation. My massage therapist was Ron and I must say he made this a worthwhile experience. He ensured I was okay throughout the massage, reminded me to continue to focus on nothing and just relax. He even provided for after care tips in addition to fitness advice. Overall, I will be returning, I love how easy it is to book an appointment on line, makes it less of a hassle. Can’t wait to try their other services.

Margaret Pepe Amazing experience! Everyone was so lovely, the space was warm and inviting, and I instantly felt relaxed. Marchelle, the owner, was so incredibly kind and welcoming. I had a hydrodermabrasion facial done by Simona, and it was fantastic! My skin feels so good, and I left absolutely glowing. 10/10. Will be back!

dianna ruiz This is my second time and the first I got a French nails. The end product look so square and wide at the end. It looked like French New Jersey wide thick nails. My second experience got single color powder nails and again made them super thick. Had them fill down so much powder is was insane. There looked okay. They added the suv too coat and made them loook sooooo thick again. I CAN NOT go back. I told them and they excuse is that too thin would break. I have had my nails down powder and thin where it looks like gel nail polish or regular manicure and they last. They clearly are still new novice nails techs. And don’t buff as much too get a smooth product but rather mask it with more top coat. Last time they get my Money

Danilo Pulido My girlfriend & I wanted to try a new place to get a eyebrows done near us & saw this place had great reviews. WORST CHOICE WE EVER DID! It wasnt busy at all, they only had one customer. My girlfriend went first, she was really rough on her and when she was done it looked like she didnt even do much of anything. When I asked to do mine after, they started debating on who had to do it when there was still only that one customer. It felt super weird but I didnt want my girlfriend to be the only one getting it done. I felt she tried to rush me out of there & she completely missed one side. I dont know how they are with nails but my girlfriend will never find out because we will never go there again

Krystal I absolutely loved my experience at the Diva Lab. The nail tech and also owner Ty was so personable and warm. I was getting a gel french pedicure and it came out wonderful. All the lines were the same thickness and I loved the pink shade she recommended for my skin tone. She is very serious about the cleaniless of the establishment and is appointment only which I liked a lot. In these covid times you dont want that many people around anyway. I already made an appointment for my husband to have his nails groomed and refered my girlfriend who is looking for a nail tech to service her for her wedding. Also she uses vegan products that are formaldehyde free! I was so happy to find a new place to get my nails done on a regular basis and the cherry on top is that its a black owned business.

The nail techs Ty and Rita are the best at what they do.Prior to COVID, everyone in their salon was always made to wash their hands so they have always been concerned about the health and safety of their clients. Marilena Paravalos I have been coming to Magic Nails for years and was happy, up until yesterday! BEWARE, ALL STAFF HAVE CHANGED FOR THE WORSE! "Grand Opening" under new owner/management. Seems to be the deal about every year or 2, but new staff are horrible. Im so sorry to be writing this review as Ive been happy coming here for the past few years. I usually get a spa pedi, and powder or gel manicure. One staff said it was her first time doing nails! This should have been my first red flag, but I gave them a chance. Pedicure was awful. Callus remover was forgotten as part of the spa pedi until another colleague told them to look at the chart for everything that was part of the package. Massage was non-existent. They completely forgot to do the paraffin, but after seeing the awful paint job on my toes, I wanted to get out of there as fast as I could. I chose a sheer shimmer color to go over the color on my toes and corners were missed big time on both big toes. I didnt notice it until in natural light, and when I did notice, I said to myself, "whats the point of going back?", it would have just been messed up more. The manager did my gel manicure. I assume she could tell by the comments and constant "ouch"s I gave during the scraping after callus remover, that I wasnt going to get my hands done. I asked if it was her first day too, she confidently said she has been doing nails for 17 years. So I sat down for my gel manicure. I saw her photo on the license posted for the salon and hope that it meant something. Boy was I wrong. Gel polish on my cuticles! I had to point out every overflow of polish before curing each time under the lamp. Same for the topcoat. Way too much was put on and this overflowed onto my cuticles and UNDER my nails. I pointed it out and she just cut the excess with a cuticle clipper and tried to use a file to buff it off my skin. This is the last time Im walking into the salon. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE service.

Daisy Tlaczani I’ve come to this salon twice for regular pedicures and I feel like they’ve done an excellent job both times i’ve come. Both times, I walked in without appointments and I was lucky enough to get accommodated. I’ve been provided service by Tina and Nina. I liked how gently they worked on me and how they provided a small massage after my service while my pedicure dried. The salon is large and clean, it’s pricey for a pedicure but it’s worth getting the good service. I will be coming back ☺️

Kiana Very disappointed considering all the good reviews. Place is beautiful and nice and clean. They also offer refreshments which made me feel at home. However, My healthy nails all cracked after one service at this salon. Months of nail growth down the drain within three days of my appointment. I’ve been doing Russian Manicures since January and never experienced cracks, and they typically last me 4-5 weeks. I came to my appointment with a Russian manicure that was 5 weeks old, no lifting or cracks. I always do regular gel, so this time was no different. They did offer a $10 refund, which i appreciated but i don’t think that was enough considering my nails were over $100. There are several stylists in this salon so perhaps it was just who I went to. Sad to have to start my nail growth journey all over due to one appointment. Pictures below show my nails a week after my service. Additionally i have hairline cracks on every nail that may not be visible in photos. Hairline crack spread and then the nail breaks. Besides that they have many color options and different skill levels based on your budget. And location is easily accessible.

Other than being a little confusing to find when I first got there, I’m glad I came across this place. Natasha did my manicure for my birthday celebration and it came out absolutely perfect! She was patient, precise, and kind. Already made the appointment to come back!

She shaped my nails, pushed back and cut my cuticles (which most do not), and was all around just a great person to hang out with for 45 minutes! I have stubby nails which tends to make a difficult task when doing powder nails, but she kept them nice and thin! I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking!

I have never spent that much in my life on these 3 things. The nails were pretty but the price was way over priced because of this I’m sorry I will not support Wish you all the best but not nice when you take advantage of your clientele

Tressy St fleur First time at Luna and for my first experience it was amazing. The ambiance is clean, refreshing and and rejuvenating aroma. My nails came out amazing. I had the following service: 1. Gel manicure with nail builder 2. Eucalyptus/ Lavender Spa Pedicure(10). My nail tech Genesis is professional, precise, and patient. My foot massage at the end was a cherry on top. Will definitely come back.

Monica Reis - Fernandes Came here for many years and referred they to many. I was mostly happy with the job they did until two weeks ago when they curled and tinted my eyelashes. They kept it on my eyes for too long, my eyelids were burning, swollen and bleeding and my eyelashes were fried. They knew they did not do it right because they kept putting a wet napkin over my eyes and said they would only charge $50 not full price which was $80. I paid it and left but I was really upset. Later on that day my eyelashes and eyelids looked so much worst, I cried especially since I was leaving for Europe the next day. I called and told them that they really need to be careful doing this to customers and that I shouldn’t have been charged. Their response was ok ok and then hung up. I know things happen and the lady who did it was a nice lady but it’s about the way they handled it. They lost my business unfortunately.

Wendy, in particular, has become my favorite; shes truly one of the best nail technicians Ive ever come across. The salons cleanliness is always top-notch, from the nail stations to the restroom. Ashley J I made my appointment for 5:30pm, got there a little earlier around 5:15 and there were two ladies working on the same customer. I was abruptly told to pick a color and to go sit by the waiting area. I had gel so why wasn’t that wrapped with the cotton ball with acetone and foil? I didn’t want anyone to rush, grind my nail down, and cut me. I was waiting until after 5:30, wasn’t acknowledged, found another salon nearby and just left.

Diane Mallah The shop is kept perfectly with cleanliness and sanitizing. All protocols are followed. They check temperatures, ask all questions regarding Covid and have dividers between everyone. Besides feeling safe, everyone is very friendly and caring. I couldn’t ask for more in a shop.
