Timothy P. Moxley I took my Mom to her appointment at Finishing Touch Salon. Her previous stylist was good but, Lori did a fantastic job and took the time to color match her complexion & gave her a style that really suits her. Mom is thrilled and people should know this salon is the place to go. Clean, close to downtown w/ easy parking.

Annie E I thoroughly enjoy my time getting my hair cut, shampooed, stvled. The staff are friendly and makes me very comfortable being there. I go to Sue Cook she is a jewel in styling my hair. She never rushes her work.. Its like coffee hour with a friend every time I go. Its a grand place .

Bridget Cullen My son has incredibly thick hair. It took over an hour to cut his hair. She was patient and did a fantastic job. I left instructions with my brother because I couldn’t go. It turned out exactly how I envisioned it.

Megan Jock Ive gone to this Salon for years and I generally wont ever go anywhere else. The women are fun and friendly and genuinely care about their customers. I normally always request Sue because for the longest time I knew what I wanted done but wasnt always able to explain how she always did it to get the look I wanted. (Wavy like braids more texture) So Sue almost always does my perm and eyebrows because when my hair was thicker when I was younger to achieve the look she had to candlestick and use 2 different rods alternating them and piggy backing them..lol..sorry Sue and I wasnt always good at explaining to others how she did it to anyone else to be able to help explain how I liked my perm. But, thats more on me. But all the women there are informative and wonderful. Thank you, A Finishing Touch for your fabulous work.

Josh Hibbert Best spot around, hands down! Fantastic cut every time - and Im very particular about my fades! The shop is very clean, very welcoming, and all around a great spot. 10/10

Don Mayer My regular guy was running way behind today, so I asked if someone else could cut my hair, and he did an awesome job as well.

Johnathan Budd Nick, Jon and Gunner are exceptional Barbers and Gentlemen. The atmosphere is very inviting here and the conversation is refreshing. Also rumored to get a Cigar Lounge next door. Cant wait for that!!!!

Errol I got a cut from a new guy and he did not even know how to cut. I show 2 block picture and the cut i get is too worse. Really bad.The first picture is the picture i want. And the second picture is the cut i get not even close and even the hair for left n right are not equal as well as the back hair. I’m not even able to show my face with thus cut

Malesus Garfield Had Dan today around 4:30 To cut my sons hair and it was his first haircut ever, not only was Dan amazing, understanding, patient & caring. he did it all with a smile. 10/10!

Samantha Kempston Although we waited an hour to get my sons haircut, it was well worth the wait! He felt so good afterwards, and very confident!

Kyle Smith They are really good at cutting hair. But the wait times are out of control. They were closed for the past 3 days and the wait times range from 1-3 hours depending on the day. Need to find a way to get more people in. Not being open for 3 days straight doesn’t help.

Video Game Reviews This is where the cool kids (and adults) in Oswego get their hair cut. Coincidentally, I do too. Ive seen several of their barbers, and I really dont think you can go wrong here. The price is probably around average, or a little above, for the area, but compared to similar shops in larger cities, its a great deal. Youd think that would be the case for everything, out here in the boonies, but it isnt. At least these guys get it right. Definitely treat yourself, and check these guys out.

Wade Marsh Stopped for a walk-in and was very happy with the cut. I normally dont try new places because people can never seem to cut my hair right. Decided to go with a high fade and he delivered. Before he asked me how I liked it he asked another barber to take a look and give him feedback and the other barber pointed out a spot that I was going to bring up. A small correction and he nailed it. I would go again.

Laurie Jordal Cassie was wonderful, She listened to everything I wanted. I showed her pictures and she did a great job. I’m very happy with how my hair turned out. It’s very natural and very pretty.

Ci Ci Kyla always does amazing! I love going to her, shes good conversation and makes my hair look amazing every single time! Her and everyone there are always so nice too

Michelle McManus I always have a great experience at Super Cuts. Stacy is wonderful. I had Cassie last time and she is amazing too.

Daniel Teifke Got in quick and was out with good time. The stylist paid real good attention to what would look good and tailored the experience to what was going to blend well into what I was looking for in a haircut.

Chantel Bickford Port city day spa is my go to favorite place ! Not only are the people friendly and accommodating but they really listen to you and find out the best route for getting you to your hair goal, without risking the integrity of your hair. I highly recommend this place for your hair , manicure, pedicure and wax needs ! Once again Kristy did amazing and I left feeling like my hair wants and needs were met !

Darcia Crawford Such a beautiful place, everyone there makes you feel right at home. Love the employees. Mikayla Maxam did my hair. She did an absolute beautiful job! I have curly hair and it’s very hard to work with but she did it. Definitely recommend this place.

Denise Palumbo New to town and got a hair cut on 9/20/23. I have thick mid-to long hair and wanted some style. I have to say that I just love my cut and had a great experience there. Will definitely go back! :) Denise Johnston

Elizabeth Sly Went here and got my nails and a facial done by mckayla earlier today both turned out great. she has an amazing personality, very gentle with both my face and nails! She was very professional and had great advice for what color would go well on my nails and what facial would be good with my skin texture. Great service overall!

Samantha Swanson I got my hair cut by Mikayla, and she did an amazing job! She made sure she knew what I wanted and asked about every detail before she cut anything. Ive been looking for a salon after moving to the area, and Ill be sticking with Port City Day Spa.

Emily Diak The lady I had was very nice, however, she did not give me the haircut I asked for. I asked for a long bob with curtain bangs and I got a very short bob with curtain bangs. New Beginnings truly lives up to its name! I cant be too mad because Ive gotten a lot of laughs from it, but it would have been nice to get the haircut I asked for.

Marianne Jeremenko Asked for a pixie cut, and a razor cut for the back. She started to cut the back with a scissors. Her “boss” came over several times to correct her. After a half hour she finally finished the back and thought she was done. The sides and front were still long. Remember I asked for a pixie cut. When I asked incredulously “you’re not done are you…don’t you know what a pixie cut is? I was told I was being rude. I left without the rest of my cut. Unfortunately my husband had already paid, including tip and we did not get any of our money back. I did not go there to be a test guinea pig for someone who did not know what they were doing.

Grace Gaylord I needed a hair cut before spring break so I decided to take a chance at this solan because like I said I NEEDED one. They are a walk-in only solan so that worked perfect for me because they were able to get me in quick. I had a women by the name of Anna, she was super sweet, didn’t talk much but very nice! I asked for a cut with face frame and layers, she did an amazing job! I am so happy with my hair and in perfect time for spring break! The prices were very very good, 18$ for a wash, cut and style! I will be recommending to my fellow college friends if they ever need a hair cut.

Kate Reynolds They’re affordable. I just got my hair trimmed an hour ago. I have anxiety and the stylist who I saw didn’t make small talk when I asked which I appreciated a lot. I’ve been coming here ever since I was a kid. Oh and my hair came out great! I love it! (=

April welling A few months ago I went in to see Jess so I could have my highlights touched up and Greys covered. Unfortunately she wasnt there but the owner was....she told me she can do what jessica normally does and that not to worry she taught her. I let her do my hair because I had to have it done for an event. I paid 100 dollars like I normally do. Had I known I was going to be throwing it away I wouldnt have wasted my time sitting there listening to this woman go on and on a out how great she is. She messed up my hair so bad that Jess had to fix it. The lady never offered to refund any of my money and made Jessica charge me to fix it. She is by far the worst hair dresser I have ever been to. Thankful that Jessica knows what she is doing and was able ro repair the disaster that lady did. Absolutely horrible, I could have done a better job with box dye at home.

Chrissy petty The dark chestnut color is my natural hair (all virgin over 10 years). The beautiful copper Auburn is after a stunning lift (hand painted, so in love) and choosing Auburn as the direction I allowed Kalysha to determine the tone to result in a lovely balayage. I asked for something that complements my pale complexion and she did a fantastic job. She is very personable and easy going. I don’t intend on going anywhere else again. Ladies, gents, those in between and out of bounds, come treat yourself to all your beauty treatment needs. It’s worth every penny. I haven’t tried anything other than hair, but I have high hopes for each offered treatment. I’m so excited. Just do it

Cassandra Mercier I have been visiting In Vogue Salon and Spa for over two years now. I have received several services they offer, and every single one has been a great experience. The salon is clean, and has a very warm “at-home” vibe, and always feels very welcome and inviting. There is tea, coffee and water to drink at your leisure as well. I get my hair done by Kaila Loadwick, and she is nothing short of amazing at what she does. She has cut, dyed and given me many hair treatments, I’ve never had a single complaint. She makes sure to go over exactly what you want out of your appointment, and also consults with you for the best possible results that fit your personal style and face shape. She is amazing at fantasy colors, highlights, cuts, styles….i seriously recommend giving her a shot at your hair! And she’s so nice, fun to talk to. I get deep tissue massages by Justin, and the experience is always amazing. He is very intuitive with spots that may need extra work, and does an amazing job at allowing you to feel comfortable to speak up if something hurts. He took about a year’s worth of pain away in one single session, idk how he did it but I won’t be going to anyone else for massages ever again. I have had eyelash extensions, manicures and pedicures done by Shaina, and she is so good at it! She pays a HUGE attention to detail, checks in with you often to make sure you’re still comfortable, and goes over exactly what you want thoroughly before the service. She seriously has an eye for perfection, and has never failed me!(Everyone here does an amazing job at that!) I 100% recommend this salon to anyone looking to be pampered and feel like they’re at home. The owner Tonya has done a wonderful job at operating such a successful business, I always look forward to seeing everyone when I go. Give it a shot, you won’t be disappointed!

Kate Brown I have been coming here for years and never had a problem until yesterday. I got an entire botched cut and experience and I’m so embarrassed to leave the house with this hair. It looks like I got a kids super cuts cut and I just want to cry. It’s so short that my only option to “fix” is a pixie cut but that’s not an option. The layers are terribly uneven and the bangs were just chopped in a whole section way too big that also couldn’t be fixed. The boss did come over and “fix” them but by that point I knew there was no fixing what she did and I just wanted to leave before I busted into tears in the middle of the salon. I will post pictures to show what I ended up with. Unfortunately I don’t trust to go back to this salon now and have to find elsewhere to go especially to get this mess fixed. I got this cut because we have a very public event tomorrow to show up to and now I’m so embarrassed of this hair I don’t think I can even show my face.

Adams Melissa (Mrs Adams) My first time at Cutting Crew. I was a walk-in, was taken immediately by the bubbly and skillful Tanya. I wanted my very short haircut fixed, I was a DIY Before picture. Tanya was lovely to me and gave me exactly what I asked for. Im thrilled and I will be back.
