Miss P Dissatisfied Customer- Never going back! I have two reviews based on my acrylic nails & pedicure: Acrylic nails: The guy who made my nails did not push my nail beds in or start the acrylic at the edge of my nails. I think this was intentional so i come back for a fill in no time. Within 4 days, I could see my nail beds already & within 3 days the chrome design was going off. The picture is what the $100 acrylic nails at BTB nails looks like after 7 days. I have never done acrylic nails that aged under a week. I called I told them I would like a fill & repaint but i was out of town and won’t be back till the 8th day, they said they don’t rectify issues after 5 days. Awesome way to lose a customer & get a bad review. Pedicure: Don’t waste your time getting a pedicure here. They don’t take “any” time to remove the callus. They just run the grater over your legs nonchalantly & tell you they don’t do “that kind of pedicure here”. Infact the lady became hostile cos I told her to try clearing up my legs a little as it looked so bad after activating the calluses with the grater and leaving my legs with patches of visible callus. Generally, I paid a total of $154 and all I got was bad service - nails & pedicure. I would not recommend this place. Go elsewhere.

Rebecca Zalenski My daughter and I received amazing service at BTB Nails. All of the staff were welcoming to us. The facility is immaculate. There are walls full of colors to choose from. We both received manicures with dip powder and a nail design. We could not be happier and will definitely be returning! Edited to add after a second visit: BTB Nails has done it again! I absolutely love the vibrant summer color and texture of the lemon design! I will never go anywhere else for my nails again!

The shop is clean and comfortable Moni is my nail tech she is very professional and talented I love her work . She also has a lash tech available that’s also has very good work. If you want good quality work don’t hesitate to come in .

Kalila Shorter I did a walk in here once and I loved the set she did for me but the second time i made an appointment for I believe 11 am and when I showed up doors where locked and lights where off. I called multiple times and there were no answers.

Elizabeth Nunziato Lilly & family are the OG nail techs in Snyder, we are lucky to have this gem! Every time its perfection with a smile at a fair price. They are always open to the latest trend I saw on Pinterest, and kindly responsive to feedback if you want a nail trimmed a bit more, dont like the color you already chose, etc. They have a small staff so be sure to make an appointment if you can.

Alicia Lucy I like the manicure but didn’t love the nail shaping technique I asked for oval and kept having to ask for her to make it more skinny/round. I wish they had a greater color selection. Also the gel isn’t too smooth, several air bubbles the camera didn’t grab too well.

Zi Zi On 9/12/2024, I came in for a gel manicure. The woman who did my manicure cut me and I was bleeding around two different nails. I wanted to properly wash my hands and disinfect the area. I have seen horror stories of people getting painful infections from salons. She put some green liquid on my cuts trying to stop the blood, but couldn’t communicate what the green liquid was. She used a piece of paper towel that was used and sitting on the counter to dab the blood. She didn’t even get a clean piece of paper towel! I had enough! I understand cuts happen occasionally, but using a dirty paper towel to clean a cut is disgusting. I told her I was going to wash my hands and clean the blood. She said my nails were not dry and began to yell at me. She wouldn’t let me wash my hands! I decided to end the service. A business that doesn’t see the importance of cleaning a bleeding cut is most likely not properly cleaning and disinfecting tools. I’m not risking it, especially because she wasn’t wearing gloves. Although she didn’t finish my nails and was extremely rude, the owner wanted $20. There was no way I was paying anything. This business needs to be investigated and do better. The way I was treated was disgusting. I’m seriously disappointed in Sparkle Nails.

Dana Warner WORST place I have ever got my nails gone!!! The guy rushed through and and didn’t use the proper nail polish for gel nails so everything started chipping the moment I left. He just pretended to use the gel polish to charge me extra. He never even asked me if I wanted gel he just took out the machine and put my hand in the machine…. On top of that did not remove my cuticles and all my nails are very loose and not glued on properly. They are hanging on by a thread and it’s only been 3 days since I got my nails done. Next time I will pay more to get a better service in NYC!!!

NinaK The salon is clean and the atmosphere is comfortable. I’ve been to a few salons in the Buffalo area and had horrible experiences. I am a nail technician myself, but sometimes like for someone else to do them (because I’m lazy haha) … so I am VERY picky about my nails because of this. I would also like to mention that I am Vietnamese. The first time I came here, I didn’t mention that about myself. They did not talk poorly about me or any of the clients inside the salon. They honestly really didn’t speak in our language much at all, I know that this can sometimes make clients uncomfortable when it happens, so this is why I am sharing that. Crystal serviced me both times that I came here and she was gentle and did a phenomenal job. Attached is a photo of my nails right after leaving the salon, and the second is a little over two weeks (sorry about the different lighting). They are obviously grown out, but none of them were cracked, chipped, lifting, or broken. I highly recommend this salon to anyone in the area.

Olivia Giza Kathy is an amazing person and she did a fantastic job with my gel manicure. She made sure I loved the color, she was so thorough, and made sure my nails will last ! And as an added bonus the shop is very clean and they had an excellent selection of colors. I will definitely be a return customer here!

Hannah Foss Absolutely wonderful, extremely clean and bright. I had to to a different salon that butchered my fingers and my nails, and I came into Elegant Nails for a better experience. I most certainly got the best experience, not a single cut, they were extremely careful and professional. I picked out colors and explained what I wanted and asked for some guidance, I completely changed my mind once I was shown other colors and options. Will continue going back time and time again!

Mary I have gone to another local place for years, but the last year I have gone they rush and my nails look awful. I went to Elegant Nails today to find but quality and I sure found it! They are quick, but no quality was spared. My nails look wonderful, very natural! Im so happy to have found my new nail salon!

Margie Weber I have been a customer 3 yrs. I find husband and wife owners are congenial and welcoming. The atmosphere is one if light conversation amd jokes by the husband. The wife is sweet and never forgets a customer. Their other employee is friendly and you feel welcomed. Their new location a few blocks down Transit is absolutely gorgeous.The owner chose the flooring, textured walks and colors. She can always fall back on interior decorating.

Isabella Kross Love this place so much! I came here for the first time a few days ago after wanting my nails redone last minute and loved it. I’ve gone to a lot of nail salons trying to find the right one that I’d like but it’s been a long process. I felt very comfortable, I was taken right when I got there, my nails came out so pretty and nicely done. The atmosphere is amazing and the workers are so nice! Defiantly the place to go to relax and feel comfortable while getting your nails done. I’ll defiantly be coming back! ❤️

Jackie Kowal I have been a client of Nail Envy for approximately three to four years, and they are truly exceptional. My nail technician, Kristy, performs amazing work; she is professional, incredibly friendly, precise, and her work is flawless. Having gotten my nails done for over 30 years at numerous salons, this is arguably one of the best Ive experienced. The salon is very clean and efficient; I appreciate the appointment-only system, which avoids waiting for a technician. Their prices are reasonable; I get the dip service, and my nails rarely break. Kristy is also outstanding at pedicures—the best Ive ever had. I have issues with ingrown toenails, which most salons hesitate to treat, but she removes them painlessly and effortlessly. In short, she is amazing! The salon is very clean, organized, and welcoming. I would highly recommend getting any needed services at this salon; you will not regret it.

CL Plano I am very disappointed with the end result of my pedicure. Change of ownership/manager since moving from the old location? My skin was red and blistered after the service. A walk-in (another business owner)was taken before the customer next to me who had an appointment. That should have been a red flag, poor customer service. I will take my business elsewhere.

Briyana McGee Absolutely Love Hannah & Kevin. Been getting my nails done by them for some years now. Hannah is amazing with my Nail Art and Kevin is just as wonderful doing my colored acrylic designs. Prices are reasonable for what I get but not over the top. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

Her prices are very reasonable also. She was super kind and understood what I wanted with no hesitation. We will be coming back here. Thank you ladies for a beautiful experience.

Tiffany M Lovely staff. And right next to my gym! They were very inviting and welcoming like one big family. The interior was luxurious. It was easy to book an appointment and have my questions answered. Kim was very patient with me and did an amazing job on my set. The woman who gave me a pedicure was also friendly and warm to me. I didn’t catch her name, but thank you for servicing me! Very sweet. Would highly recommend and will be coming back!

Liz Alemany Disappointed with the whole service. Took my daughter who had saved her Christmas money for a set of nails. Simple French with a heart on one nail. The girl was really nice but just couldnt do the French tip. I understand not everyone is good at it but if that the case have someone in the salon do it who can. It looks like a toddler did it. Thats after her having to re do about 3 times. The website stated $56 for a full set WITH gel polish. Went to pay and told over $70. Seriously, for a set neither of us was happy with. If the French was extra which is fine....state that!! Theres to many other places that do a better job at a way better price. Dont get me wrong I will gladly pay whatever it is if I am happy with something & its worth it. Sadly today was not the day.

Michael Gail Lenney Took my granddaughter for her birthday and we both got a Mani Pedi. We were greeted right away with a smile and a hello. We picked our colors and started with the Pedi. Been open 18 years and been in the USA 19 years from Vietnam. Tina speaks very good english and chatted with us the whole time. Tony told me the price and he did my Pedi. Very clean place and very good prices. Will definitely go back there again. Thanks Tina and Tony for making my granddaughters birthday present great.

Kentrice Gadley They work is great they are very over priced for the facility to look and smell the way it does the whole building smell like mildew there is visible water damage everywhere the towels they warm up for your pedicure smell like mildew really needs an upgrade for the prices they are charging

Tricia Grannum They burned my skin with nail glue, and cut my fingers, trying to pull the glue off. Then proceeded to pop off rhinestones when I complained and ask for a refund as the service was horrible, and the man doing my nails did not know what he was doing. My nails are lumpy and thick. There was acrylic all over my fingers and glue all over my fingers. I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy.

Lyneasha Holmes I usually get my eybrows done here which the do well,but i will never get my nails done here again,unsatisfied .Visable brush lines and lumpy .I also had multiple people doin my nails Update- one nail broke the 2nd day i got them and on the 3rd day another broke,noticed those two nails where very thin

Katrina Jenkins Great services, nice customer service , To flaws about this place 1. They only accept cash(get with the times people) and atm is high 2. They cannot paint to save their lives. I’m so not kidding zooming in on my nails clumpy, missing spots, streaking. When asked to repaint gets attitude because they know they can’t. I suggest designs at this location. Great pedis also just Never ever let them paint ur toes because a 2 year old can do better.

Ashley Dietrick I hardly ever write reviews. Today was my first and last visit to this nail salon. My appointment was at 6:15 and I waited a long time to start. I didnt leave until 7:45. They took too many people and there was not enough staff. If that was the only problem, I wouldnt complain, it happens. Once I was at a station, a tech threw (literally) a blue tab on the water that hit my toe and dyed it blue. This caused my nail tech to dig and dig and dig to get the blue off from around my big toenail from the water dye tablet. I asked for rounded short toe nails three times, never quite got there. My nail tech was not skilled compared to other nail salons I have been to and it shows in the end result. I tried saying things multiple times even though Im super uncomfortable complaining. Including at the very end when I pointed out to the manager/owner that she completely missed part of my pinky toe nail so he CUT IT OFF. Oh and she filed my nails after the gel was cured, which I know breaks the seal. Pictures show poor finish, uneven toe nail shapes, and bizarrely cut off/ notched out pinky toe nail that was the owners response to me trying to show him how bad it was. Oh and still a little blue in the corner of my big toe. Just horrific. Never going back. (Still paid and tipped because I am not a horrible human)

Lo Rivera I came here with my 2 kids to get our nails done. My 13 year old & I got acrylics & my 5 year old got her nails painted. It was $195. Here we are less than 24 hours later and my 5 year old has 2 fingers that have nail polish left on them. I’m giving it two stars because I really do love my nails, but for $195 I expect a much better lasting quality.

Dawn Hitzges Phillip, Ivy, Andy and Cindy are among the best of the best when it comes to customer service! They are very friendly, and are accommodating with appointments... for the most part taken right on time (theres been a very short wait once or twice but thats to be expected in this business). Ive had appointments with all four and you cant find a better place for acrylics, gel nails and pedicures in the area. Ive been a customer for over 5 years, and am very particular, so that says something! This salon is always clean and bright, and relatively well organized in comparison to other salons Ive visited in the past; Ive never had a concern about cleanliness or sanitization here. **PRO TIP** If you need a custom design, Ivy is an amazing artist!

Jammies I used to like this salon but he rushed my daughter and i out so he could do other nails. I payed 35 for her coffin shaped and they were done quickly and not shaped propperly

Megan Gerrity 70/30 chance of a good experience. I cant really complain because I come back out of convenience. If youre a regular the service seems to be better. Everyone appears nice. Anyway, the manicure I got today was rubbish. Old polish left on nails, cut/filed too short, barely cleaned up the nail bed. Didnt have me rinse before applying polish. After watching a haphazard application filled with bubbles, I asked to stop applying color and just to leave the nails natural. Misunderstanding led to a clear coat application, which was fine, except the one hand it began to peel off and even after observing that, didnt fix it. Not the first experience like this, but like I said, roulette of nail salons. I wish I could say you get what you pay for, but the price changes every time I go ¯⁠⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯

J.Zinfandel Gel nails look so poorly done. She gave us a price list to point what we wanted then tried to charge double when we got to the register. I showed her the list and pointed and she literally laughed and said “no, you pay this”. Never going there again.

Robin Mccreary This visit was a joke. Almost all my fingers were bleeding and was charged for an overlay" what ever that is. And I asked for a fill. When I told them how horrible she did the lady yelled at me and put her hands on me. I asked them to call the cops or give my money back. They would only give me 20 of the 55 back. Im disgusted. If you want to be overchatged for bleeding and horrible looking nails, go here. They look like kids nails
