5 /5 Jackie Kowal: I have been a client of Nail Envy for approximately three to four years, and they are truly exceptional. My nail technician, Kristy, performs amazing work; she is professional, incredibly friendly, precise, and her work is flawless. Having gotten my nails done for over 30 years at numerous salons, this is arguably one of the best Ive experienced. The salon is very clean and efficient; I appreciate the appointment-only system, which avoids waiting for a technician. Their prices are reasonable; I get the dip service, and my nails rarely break. Kristy is also outstanding at pedicures—the best Ive ever had. I have issues with ingrown toenails, which most salons hesitate to treat, but she removes them painlessly and effortlessly. In short, she is amazing! The salon is very clean, organized, and welcoming. I would highly recommend getting any needed services at this salon; you will not regret it.

1 /5 CL Plano: I am very disappointed with the end result of my pedicure. Change of ownership/manager since moving from the old location? My skin was red and blistered after the service. A walk-in (another business owner)was taken before the customer next to me who had an appointment. That should have been a red flag, poor customer service. I will take my business elsewhere.

There’s a worker in there who been doing my nails/eyebrows since I was a jr in high school followed her to every salon she went to out she goes by the name “ Christy” out of all the yrs I probably missed like 2 appointments due to real life problems. Told I get a text from an mis up “appointment” and I got let go. Now ever since she moved to nail envy on union road I’ve always got a bad energy from the owner who happens to be racist!!! Anytime I went in the either by myself or with my mom we always got an energy from the owner especially since we were the only colored people in there everytime! So now since there was an appointment mis up and I BEEN “CHRISTY” LOYAL CLIENT FOR THE LAST 8 YEARS I GET LET GO FOR A THAT WAS CLEARLY A MIS UP I WILL BE CALLING THE BOARD ON THE RACIST OWNER

5 /5 Christine Lauber: Nail Envy is the absolute best. I have been going here for 6 years. I’ve seen many technicians over the years but they’re all wonderful. The place is clean and modern and everyone is personable and friendly. Highly recommend Nail Envy to anyone!
