Alexis Kapanek I started working with Matt when I was with my ex husband for our cars and house. He was incredibly responsive and helpful. He saved us a lot of money and was very supportive while we were buying a house. Now I’m divorced and with my mom, Matt has AGAIN swooped in to save the day. He saved my recently widowed mother over $1000 a year on both car and home and he saved me personally $40 A MONTH on my car. He also responded to all our texts and disorganized requests immediately. He is the consummate professional and incredibly helpful. I cannot recommend him enough.

Michael Cappy I helped a friend of mine search for a vehicle after hers was totaled out. The check they cut her was a dishonest low-ball. The comparable vehicles they used were over 3 hours away. They gave her 1800 for a 3k vehicle. She called about the offer and they agreed to up it a few hundred dollars ( which she was happy with). Once the check finally came it was the original low ball offer. After weeks of waiting and missing out on several vehicles. All her calls have been ignored. Shame on Robert Amey or Anthony Day for taking advantage of a young woman!!! One of them offered her more and one of them sent the lower. the worst part about it was getting the title to them so they can sell the totaled car at auction. Horrible experience and she was forced to buy a car that doesnt even come close to what she had. The one screenshot below is the upped offer they never sent.

C If you bother calling the 866 number their AI bot keeps parroting, expect to wait on hold for 1 hour minimum. If you choose the option for them to call you back, you will not receive a callback. Consider this when reading the rest of my review. I would give less than 1 star if I could. Jaclyn Fort was the agent I worked with. Not only did she take weeks before submitting my claim (she forgot, supposedly...I had to call back and bring it up again), but she lied about covering the entire amount. I got shorted close to $100 on the claim. As if the above wasnt bad enough, she actually rejected my claim (again, after saying theyd cover it all) without reaching out to me at all. How did I find that out? I called them again, since it had been weeks (again) since Id heard anything. I (again) explained the entire situation and when she ripped me off, I decided to take the lesser amount instead of wasting many more hours of my time. This is probably a tactic they use to do stuff like this... Believe the bad reviews. They are a terrible insurance company and this particular location and Jaclyn are terrible at customer service.

The Decker Agency always as the customers best interest first and foremost saving them lots of money!! Now how can you argue with that. Highly recommended

Steven Daly Nobody really likes insurance companies. When you need them, you have a problem. When you dont need them, it seems like money you would rather spend on something else. Nonetheless, I was with State Farm for 30 years. Overpaying for the promise of great service when in need. When I finally needed them after being rear-ended (0% at fault), they gave me a 800 phone number. I switched to Walsh Duffield before the State Farm claim was even settled. Soon after, I needed them for a deer strike, they were extremely responsive and efficient. What I really liked best, their rates were more than $1600 less. Call them and compare, you are likely to be pleasantly surprised.

X I was talking to Alex simi and he helped me so much he was walking me through the entire process of what I should do he explained the ins and outs of my situation talked me through various outcomes and so much more this man definitely made my entire night better I just got off a 12 hour shift when I was talking to him I was very aggressive at first but he talked to me calmed me down and I even apologized because of how honest and respectful he was to me and he understood my situation and even went as far as to tell me about a similar situation he was in every company could use a man like him on the team this was the best service I’ve ever received from anyone in my life 10/10 would recommend him if you ever have an issue with something I would definitely request Alex first

Kurt Keyerleber I reached out this afternoon to TrueCut Insurances MidWest Branch and in about 10 minutes I was able to add a second vehicle onto my poliicy and recieved an updated insurance card via email. My call was orignally fielded by a secretary and she was very polite and she transferred me to Amy who did a fantastic job as well. Both were professonal, polite, and competant. I was very happy to work with them and also happy that they both valued my time. Highly recommend working with TrueCut insurance if you are looking to get a good rate on your Auto Insurance.

Neema Olomi This "Father and Son" show is comical. The house where they do business -- if you call it a house -- looks like it could double as a house of ill repute -- it is about 300 square feet in size and was built in the 1800s and has a pungent mildew smell....there was actually a mouse running around when I entered. They must be doing well financially if this is the best they can do. The father is about five foot eight and looks like he hasnt seen a treadmill in his lifetime. The son obviously joined the business because he had no other options....Throughout the initial appt, the Papa was badmouthing his son....what an experience.

Janine Grotke Atrocious customer service! I have called repeatedly asking for quotes on a better homeowners policy and was repeatedly told someone would get back to me- nobody ever did. I finally sought one on my own, and was told they would not cancel my current policy until the new insurance contacted them. I faxed over the documents requested from the new policy, I even called to confirm that they received them and was assured thr policy was cancelled, only to receive billing from that policy; upon calling the insurance company directly they informed me they were never notified of a cancellation! I guess this agency doesnt REALLY want to handle nor do they want any business... message received loud and clear!
