Morgan Gianni I came across Cassetta Agency a little over 2 years ago now and could not be happier with their customer service! Being a young adult, I had a difficult time trying to find car insurance agents that were reasonable and not trying to take advantage of me and my position. The Cassettas agents took the time to understand my needs and get me an insurance policy that was better than the rest of the agency/firms I was in contact with. Niamh Quigley Sometimes you find a place with so many 5 star reviews you begin thinking "these cant all be real" well with this place, its the real deal! I literally just got off the phone with Mark, who was completely lovely, and from the time I called 20 minutes ago I am now all set to go with a car insurance rate so low I thought the price of the complete 6 month policy was just the initial down payment. I am an anxious person and new to the whole process of insuring a vehicle and calling here was the best choice I couldve made, easy painless and just such an unbelievably great policy he found for me- Mark is great at his job!

X I was talking to Alex simi and he helped me so much he was walking me through the entire process of what I should do he explained the ins and outs of my situation talked me through various outcomes and so much more this man definitely made my entire night better I just got off a 12 hour shift when I was talking to him I was very aggressive at first but he talked to me calmed me down and I even apologized because of how honest and respectful he was to me and he understood my situation and even went as far as to tell me about a similar situation he was in every company could use a man like him on the team this was the best service I’ve ever received from anyone in my life 10/10 would recommend him if you ever have an issue with something I would definitely request Alex first
