I’ve been a gym member throughout many states and cities. Never seen anyone work as hard as this guy. Can’t say the same for the Natchez gym owned by the same people. This gym makes up for the Natchez gym

Monday Isa I was down here in Harrisburg VA for work and the gym I go to doesnt have a franchise in this area. Being away for a week I really wanted to get in a workout. After reading reviews from different gyms in the area I decided to give this place a try. My experience was an A+. This gym has a lot of machines, and was not packed like my gym in the afternoon/evening. The staff were great, and I was able to get my workout in no issues. Members here were very respectful as well. Anytime Im working in the area this would easily be the gym away from home. Such a great experience.

Aretrina Long This is my usual gym. Go here 2-3 times a week. Always clean and the staff are friendly. No creepy people and they don’t sound the lunk alarm. People re-rack weights and aren’t obnoxious. Bathrooms are clean
