Impact Sports Performance - East Lansing

Max Adams Impact has been a game changer for me in hockey after two years of training there. It’s always a blast going to Impact with the trainers, and the gym atmosphere is incredible. They’re super welcoming and make strength training a fun experience every day!

FitStop24-Lansing

Andre Clark This place has a positive vibe for anyone trying to maintain or gain without strain! In my 60s seeing folks respectful and focused. After years of neglect, I feel Im in the right environment to improve my health.

F45 Training East Lansing

Elizabeth Miller Decided to try out since a coworker goes to this studio/gym. I came for welcome week and it was great. The atmosphere and sense of team keeps you motivated to do better each time. I have had a couple different trainers/instructors and all are friendly and provide hands on corrections

Planet Fitness

Joseph Robillard This is the example all planet fitnesses should follow. Clean, functional showers complete with hot water (kind of a rare find in planet fitness). A usable bench in the changing area instead of the common tin foil chairs in most PFs. I wish half the planet fitnesses were like this one. It would be a much nicer experience. I glanced at a couple other reviews. Whoever responds to these reviews needs to stop passing the buck. People take the time to review here. You reach out to the applicable management. This is your business, we have choices that may be easier than hunting down a manager and trying to get them to care for our concerns. We don’t have any authority to get what we want from managers either, you do. Passing the buck is just a way of saying take your complaints somewhere else, we really don’t care.

Court One Athletic Clubs

Chelsie DeLong I went to a tournament today at court one and the tournament organizer were cool, calm and collected. Everything felt really well organized from ball storage, court assignments and communication. I’m impressed!

Planet Fitness

T. Young PhD., RRT Terrific gym!! Much larger than other PF locations. Rarely do I wait for a bench or machine. Always clean and well-lit. This location is closer to my workplace than another location, so come here after work to save drive-time and go to another location on weekends. My only suggestion is if there could be mirrors in the warm-up area.

IM East Fitness Center

Nicholas Clarizio A little dated on the equipment and smaller than the other on campus gyms, but certainly still useable and worthwhile if you go at the right time.
