Marilyn Alm After a poor experience with another shop, I tried Premier. The other shop didnt want to be bothered with repairing my AC. They blew me off, saying it was an electrical problem and they didnt do electrical. They also wouldnt let me wait, which cost me two Uber rides. PREMIER, otoh, told me it would take a couple days if they needed parts. So I left my car. It actually only took them 24 hours to diagnose and correct the issue. The Staff were polite and friendly, and apologized for taking so long. Not nearly as annoying as the first place... and the AC is working fine over a year later. Will definitely go back if theres another problem. Note that they prefer checks to credit cards.
