LaToya Williams Vien has been my mechanic for the last 4 years. They always take good care of my vehicles in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. They never try to overcharge me or bs me.

Glenn Dubroc Recently was referred to Dales Quality Car Care by a friend. Brought the vehicle in for a timing belt issue. Since this was our cars first visit to their shop, they did a thorough look top to bottom of the entire vehicle and sent photos of the progress. Diagnosed the issue with the timing belt and also identified another issue that needed to be addressed. Kept us informed of progress the entire time. Vehicle returned with all issues addressed and gave us full explanation of what was accomplished. Highly recommend.

Jada Powell Our truck caught a flat, luckily this repair shop was down the street. But it was later in the day and the shop was about to close. They told us we can park it there and then get it serviced the next day if we’d like. We stay pretty far so I just needed to get a spare or used tire to put on just so we can get it home. I bought a used tired and this bald guy said they don’t do service with used tires. Which is okay. I proceeded to leave, and the guy came out behind me and threatened to tow our truck in a few hours if we didn’t move it. He was so rude about it, I couldn’t believe how he could be so rude for no reason. I didn’t mind moving it, but why say that we can park it there and then threaten us Another guy came out and helped us out. Which was VERY sweet of him. It’s just so sad how people can be so rude and mean for no apparent reason. At least there are some good people left in the world. Sad that one person can tarnish a good reputation w/ a really bad attitude.

Hellen Lobo Loria They are very friendly, they go out of their way to help you. They are polite, knowledgeable, help you find what you need in a very thorough way, with a very broad sense of customer service. I especially appreciate Tim who at all times was trying to help me to get the car parts I needed. But in general everyone who works there is friendly, caring and polite. The prices are very good. Overall I would not change this place for any other.

Shelva Davis Sam n Michelle are great. Changed my water pump and timing belt on my Tundra. Did a great job and I highly recommend Alamo.

Charlie Bartlett In 71 years of my life, I have never seen this from a mechanic shop. I brought a explorer in for a estimate to replace the torque converter. I was given a very reasonable cost estimate. I told them to do the job. The next day the truck was completed. When I went to get my truck, Ms. Cassie told me, the sway bars needed to be replaced. She said to go get the sway bars and they would installed them for free. I would highly recommend to shop . Thank you Ms Cassie and Mr Adam!!!

Brian Webber Where do I start, From the service to the workmanship everything was done exceptionally well. I am a local owner of a tour and transportation company in the city of New Orleans I brought one of my vehicles to have service and the service was exceptional my transmission was done on time and running super not only that the charge was originally $725 when I got there he said it’ll only be $614 because The original labor cost would have been four hours but he did it in less time and remove the difference on the price. Being a business owner myself you do not find that kind of integrity everywhere. In business relationships are important and I have learned in my time to not take those relationships for granted. You definitely have my business moving forward. Thank you so much for your outstanding workmanship in customer service highly recommend this company and in particular this location. Thanks buddy.

S G R I trusted the other 5 star reviews, and I am so happy with my experience getting my car repaired here. Mr. Himel was more than helpful from the moment he answered the phone, even arranging to get the car towed to his shop. He was clear about the costs involved, which were totally fair, and got the work done quickly. I will continue bringing my car to him and definitely recommend to anyone in need!
