After struggling to figure out the problem myself, I decided to take it to Randolph’s Auto Repair rather than wasting money buying parts and hoping for a fix. I had an appointment scheduled for today, and they managed to diagnose and solve the issue within an hour. I was only charged for the labor and the oil change I had requested. What really stood out to me was how polite and courteous the staff was. From Mya, who took my information and scheduled my appointment, to the technician who worked on my car — everyone was professional and kind. I’ve heard a lot of good things about Randolph’s, and now I know firsthand that they live up to their reputation. They’re an honest business with great staff, and they even have a nice waiting area! I highly recommend them if youre looking for fast, reliable service. Theyre super military friendly and I believe (heard) the owner is also a military veteran! They do not tow if your vehicle needs towing, but they do work with a local towing business which is good. Just ask them for towing recommendation and they will point you in the direction of that business! III Manuel “Review what I see” We used Gary to find out why check engine light came on he found that the thermostat was not functioning properly. This man is amazing to watch work. He has everything he need with him to run diagnostic on a vehicle . He is very friendly and makes sure you understand what your problem is and what he feels is the best plan to fix your problem. He is very honest and fair and prompt if he tells you I will be there(at your house or where ever you need him to come to) at a time you can set you clock by him getting there. He keeps everything very clean as he is making repairs and he is very reasonable on his prices. We will continue to use him . Thank you Mr.Gary for you services .
