4 /5 dc2049: Had 2 motor mounts and my brakes changed along with a tune up on my Silverado half ton and Mr. Donnie and his staff of experts technicians were extremely efficient. They did forget however to install the cabin air filter I had in the back seat or they would have had a five star review. The receptionist, Hailey, was pleasant to speak with and very knowledgeable about her job and how to handle my inconsistent way of describing the several issues I was having with my truck.
Overall, I had a great experience and the price was very reasonable and I did get a 5% military discount which was nice. When something else goes wrong with my 2011 Silverado, you can bet that I would bring my truck back to Walley’s Auto Repair for service even though I live in Lake Charles and they’re up in Deridder. It’s worth the trip for me to be confident that I have great service, from honest people at a reasonable price and I can keep my truck on the road longer without getting stuck paying for a new truck which it seems like a lot of people would rather do today.
