1 /5 taeshiana cook: Dropped my car off because it would not stay on/would shut off occasionally. As well as the heat air controls had no power. They fixed one of the 2 problems, charged me parts and labor, and then when i picked up the vehicle and found that the heat and control panels were still not working, they brought the technician out just for him to say he was never made aware of that issue. The advisor that wrote my ticket at drop off did not include all details of my vehicle issues. They then told me they would send me another estimate including labor for the new issue, which was unacceptable because although I understand paying for the parts, paying for the labor twice, as they needed to take my car apart again was not right. Had they done it right the 1st time. After they sent me another estimate of almost the same price as the 1st repair, i asked them to put my car back together and I’d come pick it up. A week later i contacted them to verify it was put back together so I could come pick up and they told me yes. When i arrived to pick it up, the advisor said it was not put back together and that she was going to get them to put it together and call me to come back. I was beyond frustrated. I left and awaited her call. She never called. I called for days and they kept saying they would have my advisor call me back. 2 weeks later she finally TEXTED saying it’s ready for pickup. I will never use Ryan Chevrolet in Monroe again, and I usually take both of my Chevy vehicles here. I’ll drive to Ruston or a local shop from here on out.
