Tim Lewis I was traveling from out of state and the AC system failed all of a sudden. I went to a shop in Ruston La, told them I was out of state and I needed someone to look at the car whenever they got a chance no rush at all. I could immediately tell by their body language and tone that they didn’t care at all. So I decided to say thank you sir and travel to next city.
That’s when I googled and found Eazy Does it Auto Care Center! When I tell you from the moment I pulled into the gate of the business I was met with a smiling face from a woman that actually cared! Then came the owner’s son mid conversation and said “I heard you say you were driving and then??” From that moment on I knew they had it handled!!
He looked at the car and explained to me what I needed I responded whatever I need just fix it please sir. He tried to tell me the price as I was already thinking astronomical numbers in my head because I’m from out of town. But, to my surprise the number was greater than 80 percent lower than what I was thinking!! I couldn’t believe it!! He diagnosed it!! He fixed it!! Got me going and when his father came over to talk to me! The way they both interacted with each other I begin to understand why they could and should be entrusted with our vehicles!!
Lastly, every customer left with a smile and it reminded of something…. When mechanic has few cars on the yard sitting. He’s probably a good mechanic with fair prices. Therefore car don’t come to stay. They come to return home with the owners!! Take my word for it!! Go and see for yourselves!!
