1 /5 Michele Martin: I’m very disappointed with my experience. I brought my car in for what was supposed to be a simple oil leak. That turned into needing new heads, and then eventually a full engine replacement. I understand that things can escalate during repair work, but what made the situation so frustrating was the constant lack of communication.
I was given multiple completion dates over the course of several weeks, and each one came and went with no updates. Not once did anyone reach out to let me know things had changed—I had to call every single time to find out what was going on.
On top of that, a pair of Force’s went missing from my backseat while the car was at the shop. The repairs were all under the hood, so there was no reason for anyone to be in the back of my vehicle. I called multiple times over several days and was told someone would get back to me—but no one ever did. I called again myself, only to be told they had no idea about them.
I’m waffle-ing between one and two starts because although the repair was eventually completed and the car is now running, the poor communication, repeated missed timelines, and total lack of accountability for my missing property made this a stressful, disappointing experience I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through.
