Jamie Mullen I’ve been a member since the doors opened a few years ago. I was encouraged to step out of my comfort zone and challenge my fitness. I’ve never been in better shape and always leave the gym feeling strong ang amazing! Vanguard is the cleanest gym I’ve been in. The coaches are down to earth and real people who take their jobs seriously. If you are looking for a drama free, no shenanigans and get the job done kind of fitness gym then Vanguard is your place!

Aguda Alex (Alex) I was looking for a gym just get a day pass around me because my main gym unfortunately closed early on sundays and this was a great gym! I was honestly expecting the same old commercial gym but everything was clean and organized! They had every machine I needed and an outdoor workout area. I’m definitely coming back here when I’m in town again!

Shirley Tate It is less than a mile from my home, but…it’s open 24/7, I’ve never had to wait for a machine (it does get crowded at times), and it’s a very secure facility. I’ve always encountered a pleasant group of people to boot.
