Carmen Carl After a couple of years of lazily lifting on my own and not seeing results , I decided to get serious about my fitness. I took a chance on Colfax Strong and joined the 3X a week semi private training. I am relearning good technique and pushing myself to the max. It is a serious commitment to my health and I chose the best group of trainers to keep me on course! I am easily one of the oldest women athletes at this gym and I feel accepted, capable and supported. I am most impressed by the knowledgeable coaches and can’t wait to try group classes soon!
