5 /5 Ethan Stine: I came in about three years ago interested in finding the perfect diamond ring. Hanna was not only extremely kind and helpful but was also extremely knowledgeable. I asked a lot of hard questions and never got any sense that she was frustrated, in the least, by how particular I was being. She was just eager to help. It was about a year long process and never once did I feel pressured to pull the trigger on a purchase I wasnt sure about. I did a lot of research, asked a lot of very specific questions about gemstones in their inventory, and consumed a lot of their time with no guarantee of purchasing. Every step of the way Hanna was just eager to help and genuinely excited for me to eventually find the perfect stone for my bride. Even when I decided not to purchase a ring from Jareds Hanna was still extraordinarily helpful during my many visits in helping me find the perfect stone, which they set for me. She gave honest advice (very refreshing), and wasnt afraid to disagree with my opinions. Hanna is truly an expert both in her industry and as a saleswoman. Since then, Jareds has been consistent in its commitment to service the ring whenever and wherever they have a location. Im writing this review now, because after three years since our first visit, it is still a memorable experience because of how exceptional the service was. Thank you to Hanna and the rest of the team at Jareds in Lakewood. I cant recommend this location enough, and am very glad that I chose to go with Jareds for such a big decision. As much as it sounds like a generic advertising slogan, I really do feel like Jareds is a trusting partner there to serve me individually when I have occasion to purchase jewelry.

Was greeted by Jackson who not only was super pleasant but also really knowledgeable. Jackson guided me to a Frederique Constant watch that I never even heard of but now am in love with. Jackson made our experience amazing and really helped me find a piece that I will cherish for years to come!

We had a cherished family center stone that we wanted to incorporate, along with a few specific design elements that I had envisioned. She took my ideas and transformed them into beautifully detailed renderings, bringing our vision to life in a way that felt so personal and special. Throughout the entire process, Hannah made everything effortless. She guided us with expertise and kindness, ensuring that every detail was perfect. The final engagement ring and wedding band were even more stunning than we could have imagine. Because of how wonderful the experience was, I didn’t hesitate to work with her again on another custom jewelry piece, that we are currently designing.
