Alexandra York They get 5 stars for multiple reasons, but the main reason is because they truly provided a 5 star experience. Serena helped my fiance and I curate my dream ring, and I was SO excited to get it. When I received, I wasnt satisfied with the finished product and as someone who does not like confrontation, I was anxious bringing it to Serenas attention. But I am so happy I did. She did absolutely everything in her power to make things right- and that to me is what earned them 5 stars. How a business handles an issue really shows a lot about their values and ethics. While I will admit I carried some frustration with having to wait longer (who doesnt love instant gratification) I was ultimately incredibly happy at the end of it. I have a beautiful ring and I have found a place to recommend to anyone I know going ring shopping. P.S. Serena is an incredible jewelry consultant and she made ring shopping fun and I really appreciated all of her communication and patience. Shes the best!
