David Nusbaum I walked into Bass Fine Jewelry in December 2024 to see if they could create a piece of custom jewelry for my son Sion. I was greeted by Victoria Ochill and she took great care of everything. She made a 3-D image of the item to show me what it would look like, and then had no problem making small changes until it was perfect. The finished piece was beautiful and I knew my son was going to be thrilled. He was completely surprised that I took his idea and had it made into a necklace charm. Marion Booth Destiny and her team members working today Ashanti and Cassandra were phenomenal. As soon as my husband and I walked into the store Destiny greeted us and pointed me to the Neil Lane collection where I needed to look. I was looking for a particular ring but Destiny showed me some other options to another style I was looking at. I found my perfect ring a 3 carat Cushion cut by Neil Lane and it had only been in the store since Wednesday. I have been to this location many times and have never received such good service.
