I sat with Terri to discuss what I wanted for the design, and everything was taken into consideration. With her experience and knowledge, the ring came out classic and timeless! She has since helped with several gifts over the years. Each time I go in to have jewelry cleaned or serviced, the whole staff is kind and warm in greeting me. Their follow up communication is thorough. Our most recent purchase was a custom cross necklace made from jewelry that was passed down to us and it came out perfectly. Mrs. Terri has been helping me specifically for about two years now, and she is always looking out for me! She checks in on our newborn baby, birthdays, anniversary, etc. We have felt like part of the Clarke’s family since we met the wonderful staff just over two years ago!
