I was greeted by Victoria Ochill and she took great care of everything. She made a 3-D image of the item to show me what it would look like, and then had no problem making small changes until it was perfect. The finished piece was beautiful and I knew my son was going to be thrilled. He was completely surprised that I took his idea and had it made into a necklace charm. 5 /5 V C: Very friendly, personable customer service!! I had a choker necklace that needed repair. A piece broke off, but I had all of the pieces. I checked with our usual go to jewelry store to have them reattach the piece. Their cost was more than the necklace’s original cost. I then stopped in at Bass Fine Jewelry and the associate took the pieces and reattached them in less than 5 minutes, at no charge. We will definitely be using Bass Fine Jewelry now.
