Tyler Murphy I’ve been doing business with Robert since March 2020. He’s been super helpful and it’s nice being able to text or call him when I need something. He goes out of his way to make sure I understand everything. He handles my house and auto insurance, and makes sure I get the best rates. I like that everything is more personal than bigger insurance agencies. I definitely recommend!!

R B they increased my insurance rate by $200 after I made my first payment. nothing changed about my driving record or credit or anything that could possibly cause the increase. i told the agent that sold me the policy about this and she promised that after i resent proof of prior insurance that it would be resolved and my insurance rates would go back to normal. of course, not even a week later, my insurance rates are back up to the increased amount. i sent them my proof of prior insurance once again and emailed the agent and the customer care email. lets see if they drop down again. doubt they will. i will probably end up cancelling due to these shady business practices.

Felisha Mack Theres always a friendly voice to answer when you call. We make frequent changes to our policy. It seems to be a new car at least once a year. Our agent always responds and gets the best rate for us. We also have home coverage with this office as well.

Kelly Savant I have worked with both Sylvia and Reggie with Horace Mann Insurance Company. I have been very pleased with the service I have received. I gave Reggie my current auto and homeowners insurance policies and he got back with me immediately to let me know that he is going to work on new policies for me. He emailed me back within two days with options. Ive also met with Gary regarding retirement (its never too early!) and now I fully understand all options and scenarios.
