Staff was very helpful in helping find the perfect match and wrapped it up beautifully for me. Daughter fell in love with a necklace via the brand Kendra Scott (not shown in photos), in which I will be returning for.

They had some things for my young girls and we were able to order some very nice things online for my wife. There is a reason why they were voted as a top business. We will continue to shop with Puckett’s both in-store and online. It may be new ownership, but the history of quality still remains and the shop is even more accessible with the vibrant online store!

5 /5 Sandra Pitman: We have always used Pucketts for designing one of a kind jewelry and for our basic jewelry needs. This year was special. My wife of 26 years has been diagnosed with Vascular Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, a very rare, genetic, fatal disorder. I wanted something special. I found an emerald cut diamond ring that was perfect. Only, the band needed to be wider. Janelle found the perfect band and fixed it right up. My wife has not taken it off her finger. No other place would I trust to make such precious memories.

5 /5 r sullivanjr: This is the only jeweler I trust to repair our jewelry and purchase new items. Quite a few years ago a fine gold necklace broke a link and they repaired it. Since then I have bought several items with precious stones and gems, and they were proud to show and explain the quality points on each gem/stone. My most recent visit was to have that same necklace repaired for a different broken link. For the customers piece of mind a picture is taken on the item and placed on the receipt (which also protects Pucketts) and when picking up the item they show the repairs made on the item. If you need any precious jewelry I wholeheartedly recommend Pucketts Jewelry! Then you also will be happy with your purchases.
