5 /5 Tutorial Wolf: Bought my wife a beautiful ring then decided she didnt deserve anything and they gave me full price back on return

1 /5 Paula Toney: Beware! Took a ring in to repair prongs. They tried to return the ring with the stone horribly offset. Left the ring to fix that. They never called us back. We had to call them for them to say that they BROKE the main stone of the ring. For 5 months, they kept saying to let them make it right, that they would repair the ring, replace the ring with another item, or make it right in some way. But that was just a way to stall. 7 months after bringing in the ring in for a simple repair, we had to threaten to involve a civil suit to get them just give us what we paid for the ring and refund what we paid them for the repair. The ring was bought almost 15 years ago, and the price of gold and gemstones has steadily increased. Not only that, it wasnt just the money, but it was a sentimental piece that they destroyed. They NEVER called us to tell us that the ring was damaged, they NEVER apologized, and they NEVER made it right. Please be careful if you do business with these people.

2 /5 Jermicka Williams: Simple watch battery replacement went wrong. This started with the back not being secured to condensation to improper gasket installation to watch stopping & more condensation to "if you come back again I dont know what to tell ya; I dont know alot about the watch". So I took my watch to Bayou Watch (normal shop) and $22.00 later my watch is fixed. Sentimental piece and location was closer to my current home.

5 /5 Daisy Alexander: I went to another place, and they quoted me more than the ring cost. I was determined to keep my same wedding band from 17yrs ago. I washed the ring by accident, and the washer damaged it. Ken repaired my band, and it looks brand new. He took the old diamonds out and made me a pendant since he did not think the new base could hold the diamonds in place. I highly recommend him.
