Aretrina Long This is my usual gym. Go here 2-3 times a week. Always clean and the staff are friendly. No creepy people and they don’t sound the lunk alarm. People re-rack weights and aren’t obnoxious. Bathrooms are clean

Wooden Teeth Powder Wig (?) Clean and spotless. The gentleman who works there is very kind and takes care of anything you need. He knows almost everyone by name and greets them. I’ve been a gym member throughout many states and cities. Never seen anyone work as hard as this guy. Can’t say the same for the Natchez gym owned by the same people. This gym makes up for the Natchez gym

Mitchell Propst I have been coming here for over two years. and I love the atmosphere that is created here. Everyone is friendly and will help you with anything you need. I have learned so much about lifting from other lifters. The employees keep the facility clean and accessibly for a good environment.

Robin Richard Very well run. It is clean and organized. They have cold water, sports drinks, and protein drunks available in a vending machine so you always have access to what you want. Large enough for a small town to not be crowded when I go at least. There are free weights, machines, treadmills, and ellipticals....so pretty much whatever you might be looking for. I absolutely recommend it for anyone looking to start working out.

Sarah Armstrong I have been a member at this gym for over three years all together. When we had any problems, we got to sit down and talk with the manager face to face and get things resolved. This is a family friendly gym, they have security cameras, and have staffed hours from 4-7. Overall it’s a good gym with good customer service.

Monday Isa I was down here in Harrisburg VA for work and the gym I go to doesnt have a franchise in this area. Being away for a week I really wanted to get in a workout. After reading reviews from different gyms in the area I decided to give this place a try. My experience was an A+. This gym has a lot of machines, and was not packed like my gym in the afternoon/evening. The staff were great, and I was able to get my workout in no issues. Members here were very respectful as well. Anytime Im working in the area this would easily be the gym away from home. Such a great experience.
